Please report bugs and enhancements (BUGS)

andy.lovell - 04 Nov 2002 11:26

If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!

Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Toya - 18 Sep 2007 08:19 - 6292 of 7315

I'm getting the following error message when I try to go to 'QUOTE':
"DB Error: insufficient permissions".

Have tried to Log Out and back In again, but still not working!

Aplogies - we will get onto it,

Ian

L2 is showing the mid for:

NRK 310.13 -127.88 (-29.2%)

AL. 748.74 -123.25 (-14.15%)

IanT(MoneyAM) - 18 Sep 2007 08:26 - 6295 of 7315

sealed,

This is linked to a closing price issue we have we are taking a look at it now,

Ian

IanT(MoneyAM) - 18 Sep 2007 08:27 - 6296 of 7315

toya,

Quote should now be working,

Ian

My non streaming percentage % change is wrong , probably to do with your closing price issue but can you confirm the prices are correct.

Cheers

Kayak - 18 Sep 2007 08:28 - 6298 of 7315

Got a couple of Service Unavailables earlier just so you know.

IanT(MoneyAM) - 18 Sep 2007 08:30 - 6299 of 7315

Dil,

Yes it is related to that issue - the mids will be correct however.

Kayak,

Thanks,

Ian

Ian - % change column on stockwatch list showing stocks that are down when they should actually be up. Can we get this sorted ASAP please.

IanT(MoneyAM) - 18 Sep 2007 08:53 - 6301 of 7315

Update,

The close prices on stockwatch are now correct along with the mid etc. The percentage changes and points changes are being worked on at the moment, and hopefully shoudl reflect the correct values very soon,

Ian

Toya - 18 Sep 2007 08:56 - 6302 of 7315

Thanks Ian - Quote is working again.

However, on STOCKWATCH the only price that seems to be feeding through correctly is for DEB (Debenhams). I've tried to 'refresh' etc but no luck.

Graeme Dickson - 18 Sep 2007 09:00 - 6303 of 7315

Ian - I have no idea what is right or wrong on the stockwatch now - For example FOGL.L is showing a touch of 161-165p yet trades being reported are at 171p. A quote frm ADVFN shows 166-172p.

Looks like your system needs a re-boot!

IanT(MoneyAM) - 18 Sep 2007 09:02 - 6304 of 7315

Graeme,

We are just working on this now,

Apologies,

Ian

Martini - 18 Sep 2007 09:04 - 6305 of 7315

seems stuck in some time yesterday

IanT(MoneyAM) - 18 Sep 2007 09:05 - 6306 of 7315

All,

As soon as we have a fix in place I will let you know,

Ian

rivaldo55555 - 18 Sep 2007 09:08 - 6307 of 7315

The price changes for the day are all wrong and seem to be a combination of yesterday's and today's movements across the board.

Not good.

IanT(MoneyAM) - 18 Sep 2007 09:08 - 6308 of 7315

rivaldo,

Apologies for the inconvenience, we are working on a fix for this - pelase see my previous posts,

Ian

Graeme Dickson - 18 Sep 2007 10:13 - 6309 of 7315

Sorry to bother you again as I know you've got issues but PGD - Patagonia Gold - price says 6.75-7.25p which I think should be 6.5-7.25p - Please correct

IanT(MoneyAM) - 18 Sep 2007 10:14 - 6310 of 7315

Graeme

No problem - thanks for pointing that out,

Ian
