Many posters come to a new website for the first time for a look around and lurk, ie do not post, just to familiarise themselves with the set up etc.

I thought we could do with a thread where people who have just arrived could come in say hello, ask questions, talk to the locals, but most importantly say they were here and say hello to everybody.

Thanks for the offer though no need to go setting up an AVM thread. Was just interested to find out if you liked the story, as you were always the authority on gold stocks on the 'other' board. I've got a small position at the moment, but would like to add - but am concerned about buying at the top, and that a retracement in gold would lead to a price fall in AVM also.
