Hambledon Mining - a gold star? (HMB)

g64946 - 25 Feb 2005 08:24

Up 4% this morning following IC recommendations. Wide spread I think, but the IC article says Hambledon are working on a Russian exploration in Sekisovskoye, which it recently acquired.

Seymour Pierce analyst apparently have a price target of 9.2, but depending on outcome of Russian exploration this could go a good deal higher.

Interesting, but DYOR please.

Stonkingly good day :-), cleared my NRK loss, keeping the faith with gold these days.

PapalPower - 25 Sep 2007 02:08 - 64 of 352

Some heavy buying, which would tend to suggest institutional interest. A firm hold for the coming 6 months and we should be looking at at least 50% gains from here, imv.

Shake over.

16th May 2007 at @14.5p (and so implied trading price of 43.5p)

"................Against the US$138/oz of resource and US$5,778/oz of annual production paid by Kazakhmys for Eurasia Gold we estimate that Hambledon is
currently on values US$34/oz and US$1,677/oz, respectively. While
Eurasias rating reflected its restricted free float we believe that
Hambledon should be trading at least at 3 times its current level. BUY........."

Wall Street Pumps Up Gold

By Ben Abelson
08 Oct 2007 at 01:56 PM GMT-04:00

CHICAGO (ResourceInvestor.com) -- Just as with their buy-side brethren, bulge-bracket Wall Street analysts are often perversely incentivized to..............................................................

cynic - 09 Oct 2007 17:16 - 74 of 352

don't really know anything about this company, though "friend" Greyhound is a fan which is why i have posted a chart ..... looking at it, i would not be at all surprised to see sp drop back to 50 dma at about 17.75 or even 200 dma at 16.25 ..... given sp's reluctance to breach that level downwards, that would certainly seem to be a good entry level - always assuming you want the stock in your portfolio!

PapalPower - 15 Oct 2007 15:05 - 75 of 352

Showing a bit of strength today, good to see, as this has plenty of upside potential.........

Greyhound - 15 Oct 2007 15:29 - 76 of 352

Not too long before the expected update I surmise. Another $10 on gold adding to the upward pressure.

PapalPower - 16 Oct 2007 02:56 - 77 of 352

A good day, lets hope some news is in the offing this week or next. I'll be happy when we get a break through 25p - although that may need the awaited news on production starting.......

PapalPower - 16 Oct 2007 08:04 - 78 of 352

Opened up strong, 2 MM's moved up already.

L2 now 3 v 1 @19.5/20 with just SCAP being the one on the offer at 20p.

steveo - 16 Oct 2007 08:13 - 79 of 352

Further $8 on gold price, going into orbit at the moment.

PapalPower - 16 Oct 2007 08:13 - 80 of 352

On Line Limits presently, for info :

BUY 10K @ 19.95p

SELL 250K @ 19.65p

Suggests things are strong and price might be moving higher again soon.......

PapalPower - 16 Oct 2007 11:13 - 81 of 352

On Line Limits now :

BUY 50K @ 20.49p

SELL 75K @ 20.25p
