THE TALK TO YOURSELF THREAD. (NOWT)

goldfinger - 09 Jun 2005 12:25

Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).

Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.

cheers GF.

ComRes had topline voting intention figures of

CON 42% (+2), LAB 30%(+1), LDEM 7%(-1), UKIP 13%(nc), GRN 3%(-1).

Manuel,

P 63174

You understood that cartoon.

You are coming along.

VICTIM - 21 Sep 2015 10:04 - 63178 of 81564

Fred and cynic getting more like the Chuckle Brothers every day . To me , to you .

will10 - 21 Sep 2015 10:09 - 63179 of 81564

Fred. Oh yes. Here comes karma payback big time.
Any time a pumped up political twat especially someone who feels they are entitled to take it all, gets pulled down a peg, is karma justice.
That idiot Ashcroft is well screwed too.
Cameron's back story says it all, what wouldn't he do to get into the club.
This story has only started.
Imagine Cameron or any Tory sitting down to negotiate with other world leaders. They are bound to wonder if all British rightwing politians are pig f***ers.
Fills my heart with great joy.

Haystack - 21 Sep 2015 10:23 - 63180 of 81564

It is all minor tittle tattle from student days. No one really cares. The stories only have any currency with activists and journalists.

cynic - 21 Sep 2015 10:30 - 63181 of 81564

it would have been better had the questioner asked if the figure was JC!

hilary - 21 Sep 2015 10:33 - 63182 of 81564

Are you positive you're not Fishfinger in disguise, Will10?

Fred1new - 21 Sep 2015 10:34 - 63183 of 81564

Haze,

That was Cameron's and Osborne's formative periods in their personal and political life.

Probably, spent it with his mind blown out and still out of contact with reality.

Two ex? junkies running a country, but you have the background to their decision making.

Mind suitable leaders for the torrid party.

=-=-=-=-=

Why are they doing a deal for Nuclear plants with China?

Bloody maddness. Perhaps, Osborne will rent out No 10 to them as a H/house.

Hairy one,

What are the possibility of Tax avoidances in Austria?

jimmy b - 21 Sep 2015 10:38 - 63186 of 81564

hilary , surely that's not goldfinger in disguise ! i know gf was a labour guy but i don't think he would be calling for us to take 40 million migrants ..

cynic - 21 Sep 2015 10:39 - 63187 of 81564

fred - on that tack, you might care to highlight JC's former associations and pronouncements and also those of some of his acolytes

btw, i don't really have any prob in working with the chinese to build the nuclear power plant ...... of course, this sort of project and deal is never quite as simple as would appear on the surface - ie there are always suitable quid pro quos

Chris Carson - 21 Sep 2015 10:45 - 63188 of 81564

Dianne Abbot and Jeremy Corbyn........ picture the scene! YEUK!!! :0)

jimmy b - 21 Sep 2015 10:49 - 63189 of 81564

Wouldn't sell many of those videos would they Chris ..

will10 - 21 Sep 2015 10:55 - 63190 of 81564

Chris . D Cameron and the pig well trumps yours
Hays. A Big story. The membership list when printed will keep us amused for a long time. And there is a picture.
Hilary. No not gf I defend the welsh against the sheep shaggers rep. But how will Dave's mates defend him against pig shagging
Jimb. The correct figure is 100k. get it right

jimmy b - 21 Sep 2015 11:04 - 63191 of 81564

700k will that's what you said ,we could take 700k . I have no problem if that's your view ,it's not mine but we can all disagree .

cynic - 21 Sep 2015 11:17 - 63192 of 81564

cut off a zero, and it starts to look more achievable

will10 - 21 Sep 2015 11:22 - 63193 of 81564

Jimb. Look back. Just for you it breaks down like this.
Last year 600 k migrants came in, 300k people left therefore nett into the uk was 300k.
Stick with me, here is the hard part for you to understand. If you add 100k to 600k you get 700k coming in. We do not know how many leave but let's say somewhere near last years figure. No matter how you cut it 600k migrants came in last year
, add 100k to that. I'm still saying 100k refugees
Where did your 40million come from???
So we managed to cope with the 600k that came in last year. Bearing in mind we are in a major refugee crisis where is the problem with taking an extra 100k REFUGEES. To those with everything a little should be given to some with nothing. What's wrong with that??
