OA, yes i was a bit confused as to how and when the deals were actually signed and which accounting period they were in!!
Heathcote still remains bullish.

Since rather, on the face of it, uninspiring results - it would appear that many of us have kept faith and PDX has held its own with even a touch of blue -
following three big players signing up I am expecting many more contracts to follow. What I like about Heathcote is that twice over the past year he has personally answered my e-mails - I hope he is too busy to do so at the moment !!

Yes it is good if the management are responsive to shareholders... he obviously believes in himself and his company. Fair play to the guy.

Oakapples,
Well spotted, but I can't see it myself.
I believe they are about to do a firemist demo for the US Navy, which MAY lead to a contract.
I would have thought the volume would have sored if such a deal was close to be honest, so I don't give this any credence at all.
if it does turn out to be true, we would see some

oakapples,
To save clogging the thread, please set up your email address in the "my account" section at the top of this page, and I'll explain it in a private message.
Don't worry they pass you the message without releasing your email address, which always remains anonymous, and it's a handy function allowing people to send you a message offlist.

Regarding the fire test. It was on the USS Shadwell in Mobile Bay, Alabama, just as the AGM notes said. Now, researching this, I discovered something interesting. PDX is in the Federal Central Contractor Register, see: http://www.bpn.gov/ccrinq/scripts/search.asp then enter "Pursuit Dynamics" in the "Legal Business Nam..." field. Press Search. WARNING: you can only make a single enquiry on a particular company, so read it all. :)
The interesting bit is that they are registered as providing food processing equipment, not fire suppression! Also, there's a field "Business Start Date: 8/20/2005". So, is PDX going to supply the US Army/Navy with that stuff as well? And why does it say "Business Start Date: 8/20/2005"? Maybe we will have a nice surprise comming at the end of August.

oakapples,
Well just as the price was weakening, back we go towards 200p again, with no news to explain the rise, YET!
Presumably ther's at least a rumour doing the rounds, maybe a deal, we shall see in due course no doubt.

Thanks legend - its not so much patience as sentiment ( OK not a wise way of behaving in this market) PDX was my first stock purchase, and at 40p, so am holding on for a 10 bagger. Andy is still there too - must be something in the Dorset air!!
