Hmmmm.

Old style MDX RNS - The granting of a patent has little relevance to the current situation, just chaff. So, still no NOMAD, 'as and when approriate' should really read today or Monday otherwise it's all over. BJM has control over everything, exactly where he has wanted to be for the last 12 months. His personal stake in MDX is minimal, why bother to waste money keeping this compnay afloat when he can now walk away with the IP for pratically nothing and start again? Some of the patents are in his name anyway.

If you were BJM and you had already secured a Nomad wouldnt you wait until the last day to announce it. The PI's will be so very very greatful he can do whatever he pleases after that.
