If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

No sign of streaming charts yet, methinks they've still got the alarm clock set for 8.15.

Di,
Unfortunately no, the price issue and database issue we had earlier in the week have been cleared - we are workingon a resolution for this - please accept my apologies for the inconvenience,

Kayak,
That should be resolved today - it was a hangover from last weeks issues,

What bliss! Only the occasional 'Service Unavailable' today, and percentages+prices in Level 2 and Stockwatch seem to be singing from the same hymn sheet again.
Thanks for getting things sorted Ian.

Morning all,
Getting the usual Service temp unavailable again, firstly on opening main home page (twice) then when clicking on link to Stockwatch (twice).
Hope we are not in for another poor service day after a good day yesterday. Just for info at present as it is early and may be a blip

Ian,
Again just for info. Problem is intermittent. It's on many links, News, Level 2 (when I put BP. in and tried to open) etc.
They all eventually open so not much of a problem.
I had an old TV once that always needed a thump, back left hand corner!

SEG L2 getting JPMS twice on the order book. Tried refreshing it but that didn't help.

A while back you said your team would look into the possibility of changing Stockwatch so that the bid and offer prices retained the blue and red colours even after refreshing / revisiting the page during the day.
Have you been able to give this any further thought and if so, will you be making the changes and if so, when(ish)?
So many questions but my decision to change my level 2 provider to Moneyam is influenced by this.
Thanks
