The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

From RNS 2976N:
The Company remains in discussions with potential NOMADs and will provide an update as and when appropriate.
Is there anywhere written in stone that they were obliged to announce a noddy nomad by the end of play today?

After their previous nomad did a runner they had so many days to appoint another under aim rules, the alternative being delisting; today was the day.

Yes but appointing and announcing aren't the same thing, that's all I was thinking.

Your question is have they appointed a nomad and not annouced it?
If they have, they're probably in breach of the rules but it wouldn't be the first time!

Treblewide and Gausie and all us others
re your/our posts.
i am sure you/we wish no ill will to all shareholders of the company. its simply that just the one was so sure of himself. maybe he might yet be proven right although it looks unlikely. how differently and more sympathetic all of us on this board may be had it not been but for this one poster? could still be proven wrong. i often am.
regards to all including t.

jkd,
I for one wish no ill of Chilli or any other MDX investor. Jokes about caravans and loonie bins are just a bit of fun and I certainly don't want to gloat at the prospect of anybody losing out financially.
Regarding the issue of RNS about a nomad, I think Chocopops is probably right and the absence of news from MDX probably means nothing in itself. I would expect, however, that AIM would notify the market if or when they cancelled a listing.

Ok, I talked with the manager of NOMAD regulation this morning.
AIM are taking into consideration the situation at Meldex with the new board in place etc.
An extension has been granted, No fixed time limit is on the extension, It is on a "to be reviewed" basis. The extension is not just in relation to the court case although that has been taken into consideration
He stated that AIM are trying to be helpful towards Meldex
He is aware that discussions with NOMAD's are taking place
AIM is also talking to those NOMAD's and have been working very closely with Meldex

Oooh - that's nasty. MDX investors will have to squirm for an indeterminate amount of time clutching at false hopes and stories of new dawns.
Would be so much more humane to just put them out of their misery.

Must be a worrying time for holders. On balance, there really is very little going for them. MM is right. This is torture and the humane way is to put it out of its misery.
I've rarely seen such a shambles.

According to the zoo, it has been withdrawn but still has to be read in court.
