NETeller - NLR - 3.15
Thought i would start a new thread following on from
hawick - new issue looks very special - not to steal the thunder from
hawick but just to highlight the company name to those not already in to this
potential blockbuster.
Those of us who are following NETeller know the background and have been
active with postings, for newcomers i strongly sugest viewing the
( new issue looks very special posting )the content will speak for itself.
Brief overview of NETeller
The company handles online cash transactions across the globe
on 21st oct gained fsa approval to operate as a regulated e-money issuer
and will passport the regulated status to all 25 EU member states
it has over 1 million clients rising by 2000 number each day
1500 online merchants and processed over $1.5 billion in 2003
pre tax profit is estimated to be 29 million to dec 04 rising to
40 million next year
per currently 20 to dec 04 falling to 11.5 which is low for sector
brokers have been raising forcasts on a regular basis
share price has risen over 50% since launch earlier this year
new markets emerging constantly, asia has the potential for supergrowth
online casinos are creating enormous profits
given all this - cash generative - huge market - fsa approval
infastructure in place to handle growth, profits accrue to bottom line
the market force is behind it with good relative strength
all put together it is hard to argue against this has the potential
to be a blockbuster over the year ahead

Well the obvious next target would be 1500p but this is based on some guess work on my part on future rates of growth , current rates are unsustainable in the medium / long term so an assumption of between 20-25% has been used.

Since the price of NLR is now over 750, presumably Cannacord's recommendation must now be a "sell" rating!!

No Gallick not at all. Brokers go from a BUY rating to a HOLD rating and lets not forget theres plenty more in the market with higher forecasts than 750p.

Maybe this explains the mild resistance at 7.50. Anyway, so how are things looking. OK is the answer.
Last september we hit 1 million customers and it was stated that we would double that within 12 months. Well even at an average rate of 2,400 sign ups per day, we only get to about 880,000 extra members. So i presume that they were including customers from the far east expansion too. I couldn't find how many customers quick access has.
This will be the start of the buying and each one will hopefully be earning enhancing. I will stick to my target of 18 by this time next year (just under 30 times forward earnings) with the longer term price target depending on 2007 numbers (yet to be published) and the asian expansion. It's likely that things will keep looking better and better with price targets repeatedly going up (remember durlachers 240p short term target not that long ago???) as we buy up the competition, profit from extra services and expand our main member base. The question for people like tradx and myself is when to get off the ride. Been on since the start and the gains are looking great. Greed is a powerful force though and with so much potential.
If you think 18 is pie in the sky, think about it like this. How long can it be before we are gonna earn 1? 15p last year. 33p this year. 63p next year. 1 after that? Puts us on a PE of 7.5 which means we could quadruple the share price this time in 2007.
And on the downside, we are currently trading at 22 times this years and 12 times next years earnings. Short term we could flounder but this time next year we should have at least doubled. ENDS.

News In this weekend.....................
Sat 15:20 Tipster Upgrade.
Fleet Street Newsletter a tipsheet first recommended NLR at the end of October 2004 with a target of 500p.
When it reached the target earlier this year it upgraded to 750p and remained bullish.
Today it has upgraded to 10 suggesting investors should not be spooked by profit taking on April 5th but hang in for the expected influx of US institutional investors later with the new target in mind.
This pretty much seems to sum up what others have said here recently. ENDS
cheers GF.

Buyers coming back in now. If one is to beleive the buys and sells here on money am, buys are way ahead of sells. Have the MMs a big buy order they have to fill?, looks like their present tactics arent working.

Must be a big Buyer awaiting in the wings. Second day buyers outnumber sellers and yesterday it was 2 to 1. Maybe an RNS out soon. Fidelity could be upping their stake. Anyway going to add on the weakness as this is nothing other than MM manipulation..
