MELDEX. Double your money- quicktime. (MDX)

kitosdad - 12 Dec 2007 16:20

The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

Those in the "know" in the zoo think it will not be delisted

Big Al - 17 Feb 2009 07:04 - 6399 of 8631

bm - this has become the joke thread so if you've got a good one post it up. ;-)

hilary - 17 Feb 2009 07:56 - 6400 of 8631

jkd,

I for one wish no ill of Chilli or any other MDX investor. Jokes about caravans and loonie bins are just a bit of fun and I certainly don't want to gloat at the prospect of anybody losing out financially.

Regarding the issue of RNS about a nomad, I think Chocopops is probably right and the absence of news from MDX probably means nothing in itself. I would expect, however, that AIM would notify the market if or when they cancelled a listing.

Ok, I talked with the manager of NOMAD regulation this morning.
AIM are taking into consideration the situation at Meldex with the new board in place etc.

An extension has been granted, No fixed time limit is on the extension, It is on a "to be reviewed" basis. The extension is not just in relation to the court case although that has been taken into consideration

He stated that AIM are trying to be helpful towards Meldex
He is aware that discussions with NOMAD's are taking place
AIM is also talking to those NOMAD's and have been working very closely with Meldex

Gausie - 17 Feb 2009 09:37 - 6402 of 8631

Oooh - that's nasty. MDX investors will have to squirm for an indeterminate amount of time clutching at false hopes and stories of new dawns.

Would be so much more humane to just put them out of their misery.

MightyMicro - 17 Feb 2009 14:01 - 6403 of 8631

G: Delisting wouldn't have put them out of their misery: just made them into zombies - the Living Dead.

hilary - 18 Feb 2009 10:50 - 6404 of 8631

Isn't the petition being read today?

Heads up or tits up?

Big Al - 18 Feb 2009 10:58 - 6405 of 8631

Must be a worrying time for holders. On balance, there really is very little going for them. MM is right. This is torture and the humane way is to put it out of its misery.

I've rarely seen such a shambles.

jeffmack - 18 Feb 2009 11:05 - 6406 of 8631

According to the zoo, it has been withdrawn but still has to be read in court.

hilary - 18 Feb 2009 11:38 - 6407 of 8631

Contradiction in terms there, Jeffie. Once it's been advertised it can no longer be withdrawn so it has to be read.

All:I'm just back from the High Court...case dismissed with costs.

BJM AND GC present. When counsel for RT said there was another petitioner in the sum of 10,000 euros BJM declared himself a director of the company and said that the co had only heard of this one hour ago and that it had not been filed by the mandatory time of 4pm yesterday.GC said he was a director and was a creditor in the sum of 1.4 millilon and he opposes the wup as it is in the best interests of the co to remain as is.

The hearing lasted 3 mins top whack and the judge without further comment dismissed the case.

My only acquaintance with BJM is from the Stanelco trial and from A and EGMs.I have always found him a most impressive man..not least because he always remembers my name.He said that the other petitioner was someone in France known to RT who had been told by RT that BJM wanted to take over the co.He laughed this to scorn.

I said I would love to ask him lots of questions but I'm not that daft but he did say to my simple question "On a scale of 1 to 10 how optimistic are you for the co?" he replied "10".

He introduced me to GC who reiterated that they are working very hard to turn round the co.

I didn't ask any other questions and cleared it with BLM to post..."Tell the world" he said with a laugh.

My opinion on the last minute petition for the derisory sum of 10,000 euros is that RT must be clutching at straws to save his skin.

As a long term holder I am heartened by this morning and Barry's zest.

I hope this helps the anxiety that many are feeling.Regards to all decent investors.

I e-mailed Barry a few days ago and got this reply, I asked permission to post it, but didn't recieve a reply, as it is not contentious I don't think he will mind.

Hi Barry,

I hope your well. I thought I would politely follow up to see how were doing.

Can I look forward to some form of future for Meldex? Is it looking positive regarding obtaining a NOMAD? Are we likely to be relisted in the next 3 months? Is this going Private?

Best regards

Dear XXXX,

Good to hear from you.

We're on the case all hours and have several potential NOMADs doing what they do in terms of DD. We've been to see the AIM team at the LSE and have a running dialogue with them. We will remain listed unless and until an announcement is made stating otherwise.

Assuming we stay listed, the shares will remain suspended until we have completed the restructuring and funding on the Company and completed the audited accounts.

The mess continued to get worse after our meeting as more and more ridiculous situations arose. However, I think this week saw the bottom of the problems and we now have a very good handle on all that went wrong and what needs doing to put matters right.

Best wishes,
Barry

Well it's nice to have a bit of good news to cheer Tabby up when he gets back, though I must say he never seems too despondent!

BUT, is the fat lady still getting her dress on, or has she left the building?

Big Al - 18 Feb 2009 18:05 - 6411 of 8631
