winner111 - 10 Aug 2007 09:06 - 66 of 1263

shame markets are in such turmoil or we would be over 7p by now. When markets settle(when?)and drilling has commenced we should get a march north.

hermana - 10 Aug 2007 09:32 - 67 of 1263

winner, announcement of spud in the next week will put a wee bit of lead in the pencil here.

winner111 - 10 Aug 2007 10:51 - 68 of 1263

oil prices could test $65,i would prefer a trading range between 65-75 dollars and with opec unlikely to increase output we should see support there.
hermana where do you see the dow falling too, below 13000 or is the recent fall just a healthy correction.

hermana - 10 Aug 2007 11:36 - 69 of 1263

winner,I see the dow closing at 13,300 today.

winner111 - 10 Aug 2007 15:18 - 70 of 1263

winner111 - 11 Aug 2007 09:06 - 75 of 1263

hermana you are 200% sure then, drilling should begin late next week and results end of august.

winner111 - 11 Aug 2007 10:30 - 76 of 1263

with three major oil companies drilling deep sea targets in 2008,pvrs portfolio should become much more attractive.

hermana - 11 Aug 2007 10:46 - 77 of 1263

winner,30 day program so results due early September.
Davy Stockbokers note yesterday.

Providence - Gathering momentum; upcoming drilling programme part of an increasingly attractive portfolio - 10 Aug 2007

Providence is involved in three appraisal wells in H2 2007: Hook Head; the AJE field, offshore Nigeria; and High Island (Gulf of Mexico). We expect Providence to participate in two wells on the Atlantic Margin in the next two years. Three major oil companies will drill four wells on deep-water targets offshore Ireland in 2008. This resurgence of activity may increase the market valuation of Providence's deep-water assets

winner111 - 11 Aug 2007 11:30 - 78 of 1263

spanish point will i imagine be drilled first, rigs should be easier to come by 08/09.
