it certainly is a very positive pair of tramlines , have to say.

Nobody ever said you had to buy on the Monday following a tips sheet's announcement - pretty obvious really. Almost without exception waiting a week or so for the first impulse to die back, you can get RHPS shares at a good price - assuming you have done your own research and think they are worth buying in the meantime.

Whoever or whatever draws your attention to a share, you should always track them, get the measure of them and then pounce when the market is looking the other way. Profits are always available from the gap between fundamentals (your own reseach) and the market (the sum of everyone else's research), if you get the timing right.

Patience is a virtue which is its own reward.

if you have to do your own research, wait a week after being told to buy, plus all the other caveats, and then the day after see some low lifes slipping the
hairy dagger in, PLUS having to pay a premium for the "hot tip", well I rest my case, waste of space.

stockdog - 22 Jun 2005 19:22 - 6439 of 27111

Seq - such charm, such wit, such enlightenment - when did you last have fun of the human kind?

1) You do have to do your own research - number one rule (after don't make a loss)

2) You don't have to wait a week - I just normally find it takes about a week for the hot tip price to calm down again.

3) Nobody has "told" you to buy - fee free to think for yourself.

4) What "all the other caveats" except those that apply to every share regardless of whether mentioned in a tipsheet or not?

5) The you lost me in one of your rants, I'm afraid

Anyway, I thought I was answering Share Sure's question - who asked you to butt in with your overly aggressive huff and puff?

Relax, get out a bit more, find love in your life, don't blame the world, meditate or do Pilates, learn to share, whatever it takes, but please stop making these threads such an antisocial place to visit.

peace and love, man

SD Hi,

True .... True ....

All shares drop back on profit taking at some point, especially after exposure by tipsheets.

Cheers,
PM

Off topic, but worth a look(pun!)

Check your moon rise time here first, or you might miss it by an hour or more, depending on where you live !

10:35am (UK)
Moon Set to Offer Spectacular Optical Illusion

By Simon Baker, PA

Britain will tonight be treated to a spectacular show in the evening sky when the full moon will appear bigger to the naked eye than it has done for several years, experts said.

The Earths main companion should cloud permitting give the illusion of a massive glowing sphere when it rises above the horizon shortly after 10.30pm.

Astronomers say the illusion will be caused partly due to the recent passing of the summer solstice, when the moon is at its lowest point in the sky and the sun at its highest.

This factor has been boosted by the moon being at a particular point in a 18.6-year cycle of tilted orbits around the Earth, which also determines its height in the sky.

But anyone frightened by tonights sight has been reminded that the show is merely an optical illusion thought to be associated with the human eyes interpretation of the horizon.

Robert Massey, astronomer at the Royal Observatory in Greenwich, London, said: The further north in the UK that you are the more dramatic the effect is likely to be.

It will appear unusually big and of course it isnt really but that is the optical illusion.

Hi guys,
After the new of "Stanelco wins packaging deal with Hitchen Foods", we see a lot of trading happening, but how come we don't see the price rapidly rise. Anyone could tell please.

many thanks
swseun

Chiva20 - 22 Jun 2005 21:06 - 6445 of 27111

Oh open upen up a can of worms why don't you Swseun :o) If you look at the chart there are probably a lot of people who didn't get out at 30p who would like to so they are selling on a slight rise, your impatient nervey-spiv types (one or two here). Added to plenty of people waiting to jump in on simething more concrete than 1 order hence the small rise.

If you're thinking of buying Swseun, now would probably be a reasonably good time. My feeling is that even without news in the next week we could see a lift to the 27p level re establishing a higher trading level. The next news, (most likely positive) will take us out of that range. I'll get shot down for this no doubt, but I feel from now we will see our long awaited snowball effect. Might be slow, but it will be rewarding.

Cleverer people on this board will make better judgements, but my hard earned cash is riding on the above beliefs.

Good luck!

swseum

The ASDA deal is to some degree already reflected in the SP, hence I wouldn't really expect further spikes in the same way that the first annoucement precipitated. What will drive the SP, however is investor confidence as more and more deals are announced. SEO were never going to announce on Day 1 that 200 deals have been completed. It has started as a trickle and as Chiva states will now snowball. Clearly, this refers to Greenseal only, SEO are not a one trick pony. The other major element in any SP rise will be developments in the USA, in particular any progress with Walmart. I would suggest that this is the one we are all waiting for, as it has the potential to be a company transforming deal.

Sequestor - 22 Jun 2005 22:10 - 6452 of 27111

the point is the dive from the first "good news", to the latest " good news",
now multiply that fall by the expected no. of sales expected- see it?
