But in the case of Merkel who has really in all honesty invited anyone who just wants to come now , because it's the easy option . Her actions are selfish to her country without considering her own people and they will take the brunt of it . Her people that is . she is to me a traitor .

The EU is not a bad thing Jimmy......the idea is closer co-operation/trade between European counries but it is badly set up with all sorts of difficult problems to resolve....it's not a question of knocking it all the time but getting everybody to understand that it cannot carry on without the system being overhauled....not easy....

Germany seems to be able to plan for the future rather than short term gains.

Another thing which might be useful is the introduction of the ID cards into the Uk.

(Which was proposed earlier.)

This would be useful for checking the flow of illegal money flowing into different accounts between "countries" used for financing crime and terrorism.

Mind the government proposals on "snooping" on the internet etc. will stop some of the above.

Dear Fred , like I said for selfish reasons . She's taking advantage of this situation for her own good saying she's helping these people . German people who she is responsible for seem not to be happy with her . Why has she not gone to Spanish or other EU countries and invited their workers jobs and housing , very strange and something other EU members should be asking .

Oh yes the odd Jihadist , suicide bomber , woman hater , murderer , etc , doesn't seem to have come into her thoughts either do they .
