THE TALK TO YOURSELF THREAD. (NOWT)

goldfinger - 09 Jun 2005 12:25

Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).

Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.

cheers GF.

Haze seems to have been down to see Lynton Crosby again.

I do hope they have tipped him.

fred - it looks to me that, as usual, you won't take any position but would rather just slate any action that is taken ..... and of course, if no prompt let alone decisive action is taken, then slate that as well

More like been down to the Boozer if you ask me Fred.. along with the rest of them -):

Another lefty apologist for loony policies.

Fred1new - 16 Nov 2015 19:03 - 64661 of 81564

You prefer George Osborne and Wacky Dave's swerves to the right policies and then being u-turned to more moderate stances by their own party.

Laughable.

Haze, just think of them as the U-bend twins.

Corbyn is coming over to more and more as sensible, while an appearance of gorgeous George or Wavey Dave with a groan.

What a pair of ?????

Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck would have better odds against Jezza ever being Prime Minister of this country.

Manuel,

Trying reading the posts, rather than blundering around as per usual!

I am pondering as to what the actions should be and thank god, or whosoever, that I don't have the responsibility for decisions which may be carried out!

At the moment, other dropping a few bombs on an enemy which has probably already disperse itself, there doesn't seem to be any universally held opinion of what should be "done".

But, I will leave you to lead the "up and at them brigade".

merely admits to what i wrote, and my comment about your perpetual carping about whatever is done or not done is similarly accurate

i'm sure they'll fit a blue plaque to the fence you have inhabited for so many decades

Being serious.......excellent coverage by the BBC news over this terrible ......terrible weekend......but where the hell is the ITV coverage ?....I did not see one single bulletin all weekend ???.....they are so obsessed by the x factor and celebrity stuff that news is forgotten....there are priorities and reports from Paris should take precedent over C celebs nonsense !....

Haystack - 16 Nov 2015 21:54 - 64676 of 81564

It is worth reading about Lady C. She was born a man, but it was a medical mistake. She had a pretty bad childhood. She married Lord Colin Campbell after knowing him for a few days. Then left him after a year. After a divorce the wife of a Lord keeps the title Lady as a courtesy unil she remarries.
