NETeller - CASHING IN (NLR)

HUSTLER - 17 Nov 2004 20:02

NETeller - NLR - 3.15
Thought i would start a new thread following on from
hawick - new issue looks very special - not to steal the thunder from
hawick but just to highlight the company name to those not already in to this
potential blockbuster.
Those of us who are following NETeller know the background and have been
active with postings, for newcomers i strongly sugest viewing the
( new issue looks very special posting )the content will speak for itself.

Brief overview of NETeller
The company handles online cash transactions across the globe
on 21st oct gained fsa approval to operate as a regulated e-money issuer
and will passport the regulated status to all 25 EU member states
it has over 1 million clients rising by 2000 number each day
1500 online merchants and processed over $1.5 billion in 2003
pre tax profit is estimated to be 29 million to dec 04 rising to
40 million next year
per currently 20 to dec 04 falling to 11.5 which is low for sector
brokers have been raising forcasts on a regular basis
share price has risen over 50% since launch earlier this year
new markets emerging constantly, asia has the potential for supergrowth
online casinos are creating enormous profits
given all this - cash generative - huge market - fsa approval
infastructure in place to handle growth, profits accrue to bottom line
the market force is behind it with good relative strength
all put together it is hard to argue against this has the potential
to be a blockbuster over the year ahead

No Gallick not at all. Brokers go from a BUY rating to a HOLD rating and lets not forget theres plenty more in the market with higher forecasts than 750p.

cheers GF.

LONDON, March 4 (newratings.com) - Analysts at Canaccord Capital maintain their "buy" rating on NETeller (NLR.ISE). The 12-month target price has been raised from 625p to 750p.

Maybe this explains the mild resistance at 7.50. Anyway, so how are things looking. OK is the answer.

Last september we hit 1 million customers and it was stated that we would double that within 12 months. Well even at an average rate of 2,400 sign ups per day, we only get to about 880,000 extra members. So i presume that they were including customers from the far east expansion too. I couldn't find how many customers quick access has.

This will be the start of the buying and each one will hopefully be earning enhancing. I will stick to my target of 18 by this time next year (just under 30 times forward earnings) with the longer term price target depending on 2007 numbers (yet to be published) and the asian expansion. It's likely that things will keep looking better and better with price targets repeatedly going up (remember durlachers 240p short term target not that long ago???) as we buy up the competition, profit from extra services and expand our main member base. The question for people like tradx and myself is when to get off the ride. Been on since the start and the gains are looking great. Greed is a powerful force though and with so much potential.

If you think 18 is pie in the sky, think about it like this. How long can it be before we are gonna earn 1? 15p last year. 33p this year. 63p next year. 1 after that? Puts us on a PE of 7.5 which means we could quadruple the share price this time in 2007.

And on the downside, we are currently trading at 22 times this years and 12 times next years earnings. Short term we could flounder but this time next year we should have at least doubled. ENDS.

cheres GF.

News In this weekend.....................

Sat 15:20 Tipster Upgrade.

Fleet Street Newsletter a tipsheet first recommended NLR at the end of October 2004 with a target of 500p.
When it reached the target earlier this year it upgraded to 750p and remained bullish.

Today it has upgraded to 10 suggesting investors should not be spooked by profit taking on April 5th but hang in for the expected influx of US institutional investors later with the new target in mind.

This pretty much seems to sum up what others have said here recently. ENDS

cheers GF.

Added another tranche, might aswell down 18p. Talk of 10 quid per share come the Yank presentations after the 4th of April results.

cheers GF.

HUSTLER - 14 Mar 2005 15:23 - 654 of 1341

Agree, take advantage GF
slow day all round

Buyers coming back in now. If one is to beleive the buys and sells here on money am, buys are way ahead of sells. Have the MMs a big buy order they have to fill?, looks like their present tactics arent working.

cheers GF.

goldfinger - 15 Mar 2005 00:49 - 656 of 1341

Well the NAZ was up in the US.

cheers GF.

goldfinger - 15 Mar 2005 11:39 - 657 of 1341

Must be a big Buyer awaiting in the wings. Second day buyers outnumber sellers and yesterday it was 2 to 1. Maybe an RNS out soon. Fidelity could be upping their stake. Anyway going to add on the weakness as this is nothing other than MM manipulation..

cheers GF.

goldfinger - 15 Mar 2005 13:08 - 658 of 1341

Added again, if they are going to give them away I might aswell take the offer up.

cheers GF.

jimmy b - 15 Mar 2005 15:20 - 659 of 1341

Whats going on here .just switched on ,MM S playing games ?
No reason for this drop, can someone tell me when the resuts are out, early April i think??

goldfinger - 15 Mar 2005 15:54 - 660 of 1341

April4th Jimmy. Yup MM games, looks like we have a large buyer wanting stock.

cheers GF. Im holding firm and have added this morning.

Dil - 15 Mar 2005 16:07 - 661 of 1341

I think thats rubbish gf , its just a normal pull back , I don't subscribe to these "mm games" and "large buyer" theories.

jimmy b - 15 Mar 2005 16:07 - 662 of 1341

Im waiting for Dil's 11 quid and maybe more, the MM'S are not having mine!!

gallick - 15 Mar 2005 16:11 - 663 of 1341

I think you are right GF. I was just quoted a sell price about 3 points above the midprice. Why are they offering such favourable terms to sellers - because they are desperately trying to mop up stock for a buyer IMHO. The bounce should come soon.

goldfinger - 15 Mar 2005 16:16 - 664 of 1341

A normal pull back for what reason then Dil?. Yesterday buys were twice that of sells on very large volume. Today buys are more than sells, there is no logical reason for a pull back, the MMs are fighting to get stock and losing its as simple as that.

cheers GF.

Dil - 15 Mar 2005 16:17 - 665 of 1341

So going on that theory gallick , once the buyer is filled then it will fall like a stone as there is no one to bid the price up ... twaddle imo.

jimmy b - 15 Mar 2005 16:17 - 666 of 1341

If thats the case Dil, then explain why there are roughly the same volume of buys and sells ,but the price goes down ??

Dil - 15 Mar 2005 16:18 - 667 of 1341

Because share prices neither go up or down in a straight line gallick.

Dil - 15 Mar 2005 16:21 - 668 of 1341

Probably because a lot of them have been interpreted wrongly , it happens all the time jimmy.

Everytime BPRG fell people screamed "mm manipulation" or "large buy being filled" .... crap imo.

Just accept it for what it is , a healthy bout of profit taking. We have had them before and will have them again.
