Picked up from elsewhere (FYB - Oblov) - Implications - Thermoforming Biodegradable trays might infringe prior art of patents already in place - Stanelco's application is under review but this prior art could have serious implications - another BPRG court case scenario perhaps ??
"I said I'd try to trace the Patents located by the examiners in the official search for the Stanelco Patent.
See my posts a couple of pages back.
This is the most serious of the patents containing prior art found by the examiners - take a look and make up your minds as to whether you think the Stanelco application is novel bearing in mind this earlier Patent - I'm making no comment!

So. MAM have a traders room and an investors room. I suggest they open a 3rd room for the blatant rampers and derampers (insert your own chice of posters here) where they can bicker and fight to their little hearts content.
Come on MAM, what about it. You could call it the Kindergarten room.

A tiresome nuisance. His tactic is wear you down with negativity until you can't be bothered and look elsewhere. Shameful hijacking of productive debate.

That's why there is a squelch button.
Someone has said that he gets paid for every response or mention of his name by other posters - just squelch him, it's no harder than selling your favourite loss-making share and once done the peace and contentment you feel is almost tangible. Why discuss him, he has no bearing on our lives.

I am assuming that SEO will trade sideways until the results next week.
Would welcome a summary from uncle eric - are you still around ?- or are you on holidays ?

Called it to a "T" today - just what was expected - I know as it is now very very weak and easy to call - the 44M shares have knocked the support out - 99% of PIs who could get sucked in by the ramping are in - the FAs for SE0 know this and thats why trying like mad dogs to get US punters buying - they know its going to get very weak - no outstanding and excellent news on Monday and this could be one of the most red weeks ever on SEO next week.
IMO simple call for most holders - do you grin and suffer during interim time (and those interims may get delayed) - or take your profits and buy back after interims if you wish when the dust settles - at which stage your same money will most likely buy more shares than now - if you should wish to get back in. I know what I would do - British Bulls should now go from "Sell If" to "Sell Confirmed"

Intial rise up then fall back down ???
Stanelco - SELL IF -
Today a Black Marubozu was formed. This shows that the sellers controlled the price action from the first trade to the last trade.
The last three candlesticks formed a Bearish Evening Star Pattern . This is a bearish reversal pattern that marks a potential change in trend. Though it is highly reliable confirmation is still recommended.
Stanelco PLC
Daily Commentary
Our system posted a SELL-IF today. The previous BUY recommendation that was confirmed was made on 16.06.2005 (8) days ago, when the stock price was 22.5000. Since then SEO has gained 3.33% .
Are you eager to sell your shares? Well, this may be the right time to do so.

The MMs got stuck with quite a few MILLION sells yesterday - so they will be more than happy to raise the price up to start with while people buy the slack - and then drop it down later in the afternoon perhaps ? ;-)

Not a bad week we had two bits of very significant news the roll out of the Asda deal (agreement to supply its revolutionary Greenseal technology to Hitchen Foods) although a bit slow, at least we are now starting to see it all taking shape. As andy pointed out we will see more and more machines being retrofitted as we go through the year. The other news was the Business Wire June 21 (see research page No17) regarding the retrofitting of thermoformer machines, this is excellent news it opens up a huge new market for Greenseal they will now be able to pack, bacon, cooked meats and sliced cheeses, etc as well as the tray lidding it doesnt leave much left in the shop that needs sealing. All the news that has come from SEO has been positive they have got all the new products ready to be rolled out, not just here but the US and Europe, as soon as the orders start to come in from the US there will be a snow-ball affect and the sp will rocket imo.
If you havent topped up or got your self in a good position, now is the time to do it, Im going to stick my neck out, I have always maintained 150p within two years since Feb this year, but SEO have done much more than we first thought was possible at this stage, I think we are on coarse for 100p before the end of this year.

Notice how "reserved" Hitchens were in the their comment - its looks like they are not so convinced and it explains why they only purchased 1 with a "conditional" 3 more after the first one is properly tested by them. They are leaving the "back door" open to get out of this and not purchase any more than the first one.

Get ready for interims if they are not delayed as they are so bad and will give the game away !! A nice comment from the US below do not worry US investors got burnt from pump and dump of the tech boom and will not be interested in this pumped up jam perhaps tomorrow Stanelco.
The spot to target on their Balance Sheet is their Shareholder's Interest (or Equity). If they've been selling shares to the public, it's likely they need more cash to avoid that Equity number hitting zero. When that happens, as you are no doubt aware, they're INSOLVENT. And the one thing that continually eats away at Share Capital + Reserves is Bottom Line LOSS. If a company makes profits, Reserves etc.. increase, but the opposite happens when they continually incur losses.
Another thing to remember is the fact that it's generally more expensive getting money from the public. It's cheaper getting a loan from the bank. So why go to the public ? Unfortunately for SEO, bank managers generally "know their onions", so they are not likely to continue to pour money down a black hole. Therefore SEO are possibly targeting "gullible investors". However, the numbers, as always, will give us the picture.
Roll on interims lets see those losses and how bad they are why is SE0 always doing share issues and dilutions and not a bank loan its more than likely that the Banks know whats happening and will not risk their money on such a company as Stanelco all these dilutions are raising money but what has been the cash burn rate ? and do the banks see a good chance SE0 will go down the pan and therefore not give any loan to them forcing them to go to the public all the time for more money ?
