Stan , when your tin pot club beat Real Madrid in Europe and reach the semi final of a European competition then you can compare yourself with the mighty Cardiff.

Besides being first loss at home in competitive match for eleven years it's the first time England have lost 3 in a row for 30 years.

Back to the drawing board.

Dil - 09 Sep 2018 10:20 - 6529 of 6918

rf , all the Welsh games are on S4C if you want to watch some proper football.

Stan - 09 Sep 2018 11:07 - 6530 of 6918

''the mighty Cardiff'' and whats that when its at home 😁

What a muppet sick note is he still hasn’t selected “Super Sam” to start against Denmark tonight.

Dil - 10 Sep 2018 07:18 - 6531 of 6918

Jury still out on Giggs.

Style of play is much better than Colemans but leaving out creative midfielder Brooks and replacing him with Gunter then changing the shape of the team was stupid. Needs to be reminded he's managing Wales not bloody Man United.

Stan , Barry town have played more European games than Burnley.

Stan - 10 Sep 2018 21:44 - 6532 of 6918

Denmark 2 Wales 0. Poor old Wales beaten away yet again, getting tonked and still your hapless excuse for a manager doesn’t bring super sub Sam Volkes on to rescue them.

If sick note’s a manager then I’m a Welshman ... and what hell have Barry Town got to do with top class football?😂

Dil - 11 Sep 2018 11:04 - 6533 of 6918

won their national league more times than Burnley.

Stan - 11 Sep 2018 11:16 - 6534 of 6918

I would suggest that the Welsh National league are regarded as anything "except" top class football Dill.

Just for the record how many times have your lot won the old 1st Division or the Premier?

2517GEORGE - 11 Sep 2018 12:07 - 6535 of 6918

Bring back Ivor Allchurch

Stan - 11 Sep 2018 18:17 - 6536 of 6918

Or Ivor Cutler... plenty good enough Dil's mob 🤣

Dil - 12 Sep 2018 09:50 - 6537 of 6918

Think we came runners up once Stan but wouldn't swear to it.

Stan - 12 Sep 2018 10:12 - 6538 of 6918

Your right Dil 1923-24 season.

Dil - 13 Sep 2018 08:56 - 6539 of 6918

Won the English cup once and because of it they had to change the name of the competition to the FA Cup , runners up twice too and runners up once in the League Cup.

Chelsea away Saturday , we keep them to three or less it'll feel like a victory. Man City the following week at home then some Mickey Mouse team from north.

Joe Say - 14 Sep 2018 07:40 - 6540 of 6918

If your predictions are right then lets hope your first game indeed is a 'victory'

COYB

Stan - 14 Sep 2018 15:56 - 6541 of 6918

“some Mickey Mouse team from north.” Thats clearly untrue as everyone knows that Burnley come from the North West.😃

Wifey went on a 'pack walk' with our cockapoo this am. She tells me, that over coffee after the walk, she overheard a group of guys chatting on the next table and saying how 'fed up' they were with England and PL football in general. She heard them saying, that by comparison the women's football is fantastic.

Three of this group went on to say, how they have already signed up for tickets for next year's Women's World Cup in Paris next year. They reckon it will be incredible.

I actually agree with these guys. I find the ball skills, the passing and receiving and general build up of attacking moves in women's football is not only extremely skillful but also very pleasurable to watch.

Claret Dragon - 15 Sep 2018 20:17 - 6543 of 6918

Watched England Spinners and they are decent.

Some can play football too.

Straight Red Card for me, :)

Dil - 17 Sep 2018 08:51 - 6544 of 6918

Still not won a game but still not in the bottom 3.

Man City home next week then another home game against some Mickey Mouse team from the northwest :-)

Dil - 17 Sep 2018 08:52 - 6545 of 6918

And from a Cardiff point of view your actually north not north west Stan.

Stan - 17 Sep 2018 11:58 - 6546 of 6918

For the benefit of some in other Countries/Principalities here is the map of the motherland -)-
