Lovely work if you can get it."

Hardly consistent comment for an honest person!

Doesn't strike me as having nothng against COH, its management, its product, or its markets. Can you all see how this person is a LIAR!!

Someone is panic selling. The market is well informed and some "institutions have just subscribed at 41p. Volumes are not big in the scheme of things. I.e. less than 1 % of issued today. If the price ws based on 3-4% of shares I'd be worried. It's a cheap buy.

David10B - 14 May 2007 12:55 - 657 of 2037

NEW INVESTORS PLEASE DONT BE TAKING IN BY ME, WHOEVER I AM!

LET THE SP TAKE YOU IN.

foale - 14 May 2007 13:06 - 658 of 2037

Have to agree David...

Cant argue with a falling share pirce...

I am sure I will be told I am wrong...the share price is wrong.... lol

5-6% of Companies value gone this am...

I buy stocks with some momentum COH has this...but I prefer it to be UP !

dclinton - 14 May 2007 13:33 - 659 of 2037

I think the critical thing today is whether the price closes above the 200-day MA at 37.65 which seems to be the only thing providing support at the moment. This is already the heaviest entry in my portfolio by far so I won't be topping up. Like AdieH, I have already top-sliced out my original investment.

It is interesting to see such a big move on what are really razor thin volume. 888,000 shares traded is pretty tiny.

David10B - 14 May 2007 13:49 - 660 of 2037

The critical thing today I believe is that the search is now on for the intrinsic value of this company.

Obviously the market was not fooled. as were COH shareholders, into believing that a few institutions, and a certain Mr Currie, called it right, buying when they did at 41p.

They too are fallable to the perception of the market - and that entry, at that level, was simply another futile exercise of egg in the face, proving yet again that the market is always the master.

Why so many COH holders should have been jumping for joy, and even more stupidly to end up blindly following the lead, when Mr Currie bought, I will never know, seeing as he was, still smarting from his last but one over priced purchase.

I tend to think that Mr Worthington, smart cookie as he appears to be, called it right dumping when he did and thinking only of his pocket and not of the fate of those following, and holding. COH!

We all look for value and the right entry point into a share, funadmental analysis is always good guide here, if not the best.

Under the principles of Fundamental Analysis, a director selling is never a good sign!

When two sell at the same time it could be construde a potential disaster, perhaps as the recent fall in the COH SP clealy shows us.

Have a great day

AdieH - 14 May 2007 14:03 - 661 of 2037

I think we should invite David along to the next AGM and he can put his concerns to Richard personally instead of slandering the man on bulletin boards... he won't thought because he has no balls...

David10B - 14 May 2007 14:10 - 662 of 2037

My dear chap there is no slander in the truth.

I may not be responsible for Mr Worthington's actions, even though I may have held more consideration for my shareholders had I been faced with the opportunity of looking after my pocket, over their interests, but I surely have a right, a basic right, afforded to all Englishmen, to simply comment upon such actions, based on the facts as they are unambigiously presented.

Come come old boy, dont you know, as a presumed adult, that it is ever so crass to even consider discussing the intimacy of one's testicles in public!

Would you not agree?

David10B in post612:-
"I have nothng against COH, its management, its product, or its markets. I would probably take up a few at the right price."

I have stated my opinions.

I have a right to do so.

I may or may not think that Worthington, COH, BKE, and uncle Tom Cobley and all, are the biggest arhles since Cain struck down Able.

However if I saw an opening for profit, even with BKE, I would propbably take it, being more the capitalist, than the liar you claim, than I am.

Nothing alters the facts ie, Worthington remaims the FD of BKE drawing almost 40 grand a year for nothing while the company continues to flounder. FACT

Then Worthington, with COH keeps coming back tO the market for cash. Again all facts chaps.

Now lets see some bloody good old fashioned profots, they we can talk!

Have a really nice day.

UC,
He also had his posts removed from ADVFN for a while when he was in abuse mode.

Ultimate Cynic - 14 May 2007 16:07 - 666 of 2037

Also dont forget the lies about attending AGM's, you cannot attend an AGM if you are not a share holder unless your a member of the board... Maybe we have it wrong maybe Dave is a member of the board... LOL...

David10B - 14 May 2007 17:48 - 668 of 2037

You really are a pathetc lot!

What lengths will you go to in order to protect your ailing investment, which was opportunistic from day one!.

First/
You can call me whatever names or names that you wish. if you really think that futile exercise will stem the downward trend of COH.

Second/
Any person can attend an AGM as a guest or companion of the invitor.

Third/
I have never posted on ADVFN. Why? Well it really is too much of a circus.

Fouth/
I post here now and then, then for short term movements. Generally what I post comes about as I post with a mountain of reserch behind me, ie recent posts here:

COH DOWN! MLR UP! BOTH HAPPENED

Fifth/
If you want to make money, then listen to what I say as obviously I know better that your outlandish pathetic ramps.

Sixth/
Dont love a share as it wont love you back!

Seventh/
Dont believe directors, as most have hidden agendas! The one you trust treat with a polite skeptistism.

Eigth/ I
really dont like unqualified rampers such as AdieH.
People like that or so thick and blinded to reality!

They can be liken to those stuck in the mire of Bodmin, and will drag all and sundrie in with them just to save their pathetic ramping skins.

Nine/
Any stock without substance is a gamble.

COH has no substance and Mr Worthington's recent ventures have yet to make any serious money.

Ten/

COH is regarded as a HIGH RISK punt by RHPS.

Eleven/

Its your money not mine.

Twelve.

AdieH says COH will see a pound this year.

I say MLR will definately see a pound this year----all those taking me up will be rich. All those staying will COH will not be.

I say this as my research is faultless, and more importantly I am not here to ramp, but to make serious money as I have a house to pay for which is costing me more than I initially estimated.

I have spent my life in education and scientific research, once you get into the habit of scientific research its matters not whether one observes the latent developement of aracnid eggs, or stock movement influences.

I have now retired and need to make the mega bucks that illuded me through a life dedicated to the education of others and I have so precious little time left in order to fulfill that goal.

Consequently I dont mess around ramping dogs.

Finally, director selling in a young company is never a good thing, and especially when the company is continually making cash calls on its shareholders.

Its note as if Mr Worthington needed the money, screwing as he does 40 grand a year out of BKE.

A more sensible approach could have been for Diggle Investments to have dumped shares, as it the same pocket that the money flows into at the end of the day, but that way it may have been jjust a little less conspicuous and proven to be a more congenial disposal method, as Mr Worthigton appears to favour distancing himself from Diggle Investments for some reason which is not quite clear.

I trust you have a pleasnt everning as I.

David10B - 14 May 2007 18:28 - 669 of 2037

Taken from iii

Nothing like a bit of insider stuff to boost the old share price:-

FSA kindly take note!!

Re: Why the panic? Gonner2003 1

Just got email from RW, they are not setting targets because they believe this will give the competition an insight into there developement... Safe to say though he quoted Czech stores last year and intimated this would easily be beaten this year... Good time to top up...

Wow thats a hefty fine jail sentence or both!

paulj - 14 May 2007 18:29 - 670 of 2037

You ramping dogs, don't you realise David has "dedicated his life to educating others" and therefore has more sense than the rest of us put together. It's just too bad that despite his devotion to enlightening thickoes, mega-bucks have so far "illuded" him. Must be all those aracnid eggs he's scoffing.
Still, he's obviously on to a winner now. I suggest you follow Point 10 of his shares masterclass (if you read that far) and sell up any speculative (aka "high risk") shares you have and put all your cash into MLR, which is both sounder and evidently free from rampers (our chum David excepted, of course)! I know I'll be doing so... as soon as my broker stops laughing long enough to execute the trade.
In the meantime, I hope the nurses realise that David is both abusing his internet access and not taking his medicine. Mind you, he has probably "taken care of them" by now and they'll be found several months hence - bound and gagged in his smelly wardrobe, along with a full-size papier mache voodoo doll bearing a striking resemblance to RW.

From the MLR board

10JimB - 16 Sep'06 - 11:30 - 324 of 728

Oh I see you are a council dock yard boy.

We used to serve soup the boys from Tiger Bay every Saturday as the folks were substantial hoteliers in Cardiff.

So sad the see you are still shackled to your roots.

As for the Spitefires I would agree with you. Reginald Mitchell would have been proud as to would those who gave the greatest all sacrifices for this once proud land. Some many brave young men made the supreme sacrifice for King and country.

Sadly they would all turn in the graves to see the cess pit that Bratain has become today.

Stocks banter apart, it genuinely breaks my heart to see the State of out once proud and great nation, and those total incompentant buffoons who have the gall to take their seats in Parliment.

I am strongly committed to the belief that the wrong side lost the Second World War.

proteus - 14 May 2007 18:38 - 672 of 2037

10jimb becomes jim bently davis on MLR same guy here.

jim_Bently Davis - 30 Oct'06 - 18:48 - 516 of 728

Yes me too you should sell your COH and come into MLR, you really should have got out last week when I advised that COH was going to fall and MLR was going to rise.

Please try and keep up with the plot, MRL 20P weekend, COH around 30p

David10B - 14 May 2007 19:10 - 673 of 2037

heheheheheeh have it your way guys makes no odds to me.

AdieH - 14 May 2007 20:40 - 674 of 2037

MLR oh now that is a definite link to "WAXMAN", oh made my day its the same old fart just with a different name... If you tell lies you get found out in the end WAXMAN... Don't bother responding i've squelched you and would suggest others do until you get the message...

For the investors in COH RW responded today to the question of why we haven't had any targets relating to new outlets and he responded by saying that the board believed by setting targets it would give the competition too much information but he intimated that the Czech store opening would be exceeding last years openings... All is well with the good ship COH...
