I'm glad we're playing Liverpool on Saturday - twice a week is nice

(Probably live to regret this posting now!)

Well done on the result Stan , biggest smash and grab of the season so far.

Dominate the game and two hopeful balls int the box and you score twice.

Hart named man of the match says it all but fair enough to him he had some good banter with our fans second half.

As for that clown Vokes , fell over once looking for a penalty when Morrison blew on him then fell over again and ball hits him on head and he scores !

I'd be more worried after that match if I were a Burnley fan rather than a Cardiff fan.

Two away games against Spurs and Liverpool coming up with Fulham home sandwiched in between.

Onwards and upwards.

Cardiff City 1-2 Burnley:

Neil Warnock's side remain winless after Sam Vokes goal.

By Michael Pearlman BBC Sport Wales at the Cardiff City Stadium.

Sean Dyche's Burnley have now won consecutive league games, having not won any of their opening five matches.

Sam Vokes scored the winning goal as Burnley beat Cardiff to extend the Bluebirds' winless start to the season.

Vokes stooped to head home a Johann Berg Gudmundsson cross with 20 minutes remaining to leave Neil Warnock's men above only Huddersfield in the Premier League.

Gudmundsson had headed Burnley in front with his side's first effort on target six minutes after half-time.

Cardiff summer signing Josh Murphy, who had a first-half effort disallowed, struck a deserved equaliser on the hour mark with his first Premier League goal.

But the Welsh side were level for just 10 minutes before Vokes' header at the end of a rare and incisive break took Burnley up to 12th in the table.

"Well done on the result Stan , biggest smash and grab of the season so far." Thank you Dil any time 😉

Your guy will get the boot before Warnock Stan.

Played five of the top six now so easier matches to come between now and Christmas.

Still getting no luck but things will balance themselves out over the season.

Have to say the Gunners are starting to impress....quite a turnaround....

Dil - 12 Oct 2018 15:35 - 6583 of 6918

Just seen that the England match in Croatia is being played behind closed doors.

Atmosphere on tele will be like when Burnley play home.

required field - 13 Oct 2018 10:08 - 6584 of 6918

England should have won I understand....Rashford too good at missing it seems......

Stan - 15 Oct 2018 17:37 - 6585 of 6918

Blooming taffie hooligans infiltrated our supporters no doubt and causing trouble again https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/45865145

Your guy will get the boot before Warnock Stan...dream on Carduffer.

Atmosphere on tele will be like when Burnley play home...you clearly have not been to Fortress this season.

Dil - 15 Oct 2018 18:56 - 6586 of 6918

At the World Cup in 2002 there were more banning orders for Welsh fans to stop them travelling to Japan than English fans.

Just like Liverpool , always the victims and never the culprits. Let's just blame someone else.

We were the best behaved in France 2016 and I bet we behave a damn sight better in Dublin tomorrow than your clowns ever do.

Dil - 15 Oct 2018 19:00 - 6587 of 6918

Anyone remember when England last won a game ?

required field - 15 Oct 2018 19:55 - 6588 of 6918

Back in the good ol' days of the last world cup I presume....

Dil - 15 Oct 2018 20:25 - 6589 of 6918

Omg , England's two cock eyed strikers have been to spec savers !!!

required field - 15 Oct 2018 20:26 - 6590 of 6918

Just testing you...Switzerland of course.....there's something wrong with my sports report ...England 3-0 up.....noooo...not possible.....

required field - 15 Oct 2018 20:30 - 6591 of 6918

This could be a night comparable to 2001 when England went to Germany and won....Germany still got to the final the following year...mind you....England have to hold on to this...probably need one more goal....to be sure....

required field - 15 Oct 2018 21:01 - 6592 of 6918

I'm sure Dil is enjoying this...and I know he's a secret England fan but won't admit it....
