Thanks Baza

oh the highs and lows of this thread.
Bosley - so true, we need to hear something new!
is it an emryonic Tetra Pak or a Bre-X whoppa?
well. lets look at it this way. to all the "bashers" (loving that word) there is a salient point. SEO has a proven product developed over years or research and has been adopted initially by the second largest supermarket chain (at the moment). Orders are pretty low but in the words of managemnt will "snowball."
This is NOT a product still in R&D it does exist and has passed its trials with flying colours. Add to that a sizeable other business (Frog pack etc), SEO has the potential to the world leader in its chosen field. If that happens the Bre-X peak will look more like a hill.
OK, the flipside is that there loads of "if's" "but's" and "potential" built into expectations. do we need 1000 machines to justify the present valuation - yes. will they attain that level- we don't know. if they screw up or lose orders or patents are stalled or the wal mart deal never materialises then we are buggered.
that is the game in any stock. RISK. weigh up the arguments and back your favorite. the more confident you are the more money you should commit to support that view.
personally i believe that as with all areas of life and manufacturing, technology continually moves forward and at times there are transforming influences that take accepted practices and make them appear arcaic. i think SEO has the makings to change the way food products are sealed in a healthier more efficient and cheaper manner and that they will become the industry standard. If so we will see a 200million pound company transform into a multi billion enterprise.
Just ones mans view....

google it, it was the mother of all cons in the early 90's when a Gold exploration company (bre-X) basically had acerage in Borneo said they literally found gold on the ground.
the stock went up a grillion%. in the end it crashed spectacularly and the lead geologist "fell" out a helicopter after the news broke.
Anyway, i take it you now understand my point!

bhunt T trades or `protected transactions`, are often as not institutional trading, after watching several such obvious sells recently in the 1m+ range, this looks to me like another one, altho` with a question mark- but this is only MAM `s computers opinion, there appears to be a pile of shares waiting
to be dumped at every nudge forward

Thanks 4 that Seq. My own view for the week was that the price was going to trade sideways - or even marginally down until the results were announced. We know that they are going to be bad - but I think thats already in the price - a lot will depend on what little gems they throw into their forecast.
Who knows whwt will happen then it could swing either way dependednt on how the market interprets them I guess - hopefully it will only be a blip in a long term trend that continues to rise - albeit slowly.

oh p.s. put aside all worries on the price of oil, I can virtually guarantee it will fall, as I earlier went long Brent Aug, since when it has slipped back 20 pts., I also closed a FTSE short, since when , etc. etc.- you never get boasting from me

Hi Driver - you do provide an excellent research page which documents succintly the progress of the company todate. At the risk of digging myself a hole , the MAM research Tab - also provides good background on financials, contact details, share price, directors etc etc etc - including date of Interims, ROC etc tec !!!!!! which complements your info nicely
