NETeller - CASHING IN (NLR)

HUSTLER - 17 Nov 2004 20:02

NETeller - NLR - 3.15
Thought i would start a new thread following on from
hawick - new issue looks very special - not to steal the thunder from
hawick but just to highlight the company name to those not already in to this
potential blockbuster.
Those of us who are following NETeller know the background and have been
active with postings, for newcomers i strongly sugest viewing the
( new issue looks very special posting )the content will speak for itself.

Brief overview of NETeller
The company handles online cash transactions across the globe
on 21st oct gained fsa approval to operate as a regulated e-money issuer
and will passport the regulated status to all 25 EU member states
it has over 1 million clients rising by 2000 number each day
1500 online merchants and processed over $1.5 billion in 2003
pre tax profit is estimated to be 29 million to dec 04 rising to
40 million next year
per currently 20 to dec 04 falling to 11.5 which is low for sector
brokers have been raising forcasts on a regular basis
share price has risen over 50% since launch earlier this year
new markets emerging constantly, asia has the potential for supergrowth
online casinos are creating enormous profits
given all this - cash generative - huge market - fsa approval
infastructure in place to handle growth, profits accrue to bottom line
the market force is behind it with good relative strength
all put together it is hard to argue against this has the potential
to be a blockbuster over the year ahead

You worry too much , fiver by Easter ... see you then.

Night mate , give my love to SH :-)

Bit surprised by the volatility in this, but if you go back a few months you can see how much it is up. The big surprise to me is that if you were already in this stock and had sussed out its potential ... why on earth would you be selling after a relatively small gain!

Perhaps there are still punters/ fund managers who do not realise what a potential gorilla they have got on their hands. I am going to sit very tight to my shares in this one - partly since, having a neteller account myself, I can see how much they are taking off me, and I cannot see where else I am better off moving to. They are ahead of the game and it is hard to see their monopoly being broken - maybe the only danger is bad debts.

HUSTLER - 09 Jan 2005 20:37 - 70 of 1341

hi gf and a happy new year to you.
year end was 31 dec final results should be due at begining of
march as interims to end of june were stated on 2nd sept
however news on trading over xmas period should be out shortly
if good as we anticipate this should spark up the sp prior
to results and if the figures are in line with brokers forcasts
or hopefully exceed forcasts this should be the platform to go
conciderably higher
and don't forget about asia when this comes into the equation
the skys the limit.

regards HUSTLER

goldfinger - 09 Jan 2005 21:28 - 71 of 1341

From Independent today:

NETeller on winner

Don't think the rise in the share price of NETeller is over. The company operates an e-wallet which funnels money from online gamblers to betting and casino sites. The company takes over the risky and expensive business of verifying users' identities and checking for credit card fraud - so the gambling sites are happy to accept cash from NETeller accounts, and pay a percentage fee to do so.

The stock has soared from its 200p placing price to 338.5p on Friday, in large part thanks to getting the Financial Services Authority stamp of approval to operate in the UK and expand in Europe. Its next step is into Asia, where it must sign a tie-up with a local bank, probably initially in China. Because the cost of the business is so low, it can simply sit back and cream off cash from an ever-increasing number of customers, and is forecast to double earnings this year, even without an Asian deal.

Also a SCSW Nap of 2005

moneyplus - 17 Jan 2005 13:27 - 76 of 1341

Thanks Dil-I'm still holding and looking forward to an exciting year!

HUSTLER - 17 Jan 2005 19:24 - 77 of 1341

sharewatch recieved today quoting NETeller a nap for 2005
current forcasts to year end 31 dec 04 - ptp 29m
increasing to year end 2005 to - ptp 40m with a per of 12 cheap
although results not due until march sharewatch states
house broker durlacher is expecting turnover to balloon in 2006
to over 200m with expected ptp in excess of 100m and a per of just 5.9
how cheap is that
if all the indicators are correct this is a monster in the making
hold on tight for the ride.
a per in excess of 25 would still be low for a company growing at
this rate and would push the sp way above 10

Said it was hustler months ago. Cash cows like this are very rare indeed and any one not in now is losing a massive opportunity.

HUSTLER - 18 Jan 2005 00:18 - 79 of 1341

hi gf
if i was a betting man at an aution in a year or so's time

From Killik morning notes...............

NEWS IN BRIEF

Neteller, featured in our recent copy of the Monthly View, look set to move to new highs this morning. No news out as such, but positive comment surrounding the growth in internet shopping over Christmas, thought to be up 20%, is good news for this leading on line payment system. The shares trade up 30% against the placing price of 280p last year when certain vendors were freed to sell stock due to institutional demand.

chers GF.
