If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

The data providers have HSX as both Hang Seng and Hiscox, they are doing a fix so they say.

I have the same problem as before and can't log into the stockwatch page. It loops me back to the sign on page. It also says that I am already logged on. Well I know that but I want to open up the stockwatch in another pane.
Can the tech guys help????

Alerts are not working today. Have you switched them off again for some reason ?

Cheers TullettJ
They sprang to life again around time of your posting. Find alerts brilliant as it means I can concentrate on other things and leave the alerts to always keep me posted on both open positions and stocks I just keep an eye on.

I would like the thread search feature to search BOTH BBs. It is a pain to have to do two searches. The result could indicate the BB where the threads are located. It would also encourage Investors members to upgrade to Traders members to view Traders threads.

Why o why do I have to keep logging on every time I open a new page or every time I move away from a page and return or very time I leave my PC for a pint or a pee.
Even if it does not want me to log on it does not show my read/unread status if I move away and return.
This site holds nothing that sensitive but it seems more secure on logging on than my online bank.
Rant rant rant
O and why does it load the buttons every time cant they be cached?
