I just noticed the trading game trades were supposed to be posted by 12pm Noon (by the way 12pm is midnight as 12am is noon!!!) So I posted late.........

I suspect many also misread. It's hard enough not being able to spell - but you really need to make it easy for thoses of us who also seem to have problems with our reading.

I'm sure if buy GB a pint of Bods he will forgive all late posters this time.

You'd be surprised what GD will do for a Bods!

little woman, 12am is midnight and 12pm is noon, in the same way as 12.05am is during the night and 12.05pm in the afternoon :-) Most people however would just say 12 midnight and 12 noon.

Well here are my tips i may/will update next week as we get closer to the meeting AND if old socks can let me know where i can find a good internet cafes
in cheltenham will post some hottips(not taking my laptop) during the week as i intend to be down at the course 6.30am every day i am there.

Kayak - time starts + 1 sec so am runs from 0000.1 onwarwards, therefore 12 noon is am, as pm does not start until 1200 and 1 second. and finishes at 12pm.

I must admit I prefer the 24hour clock - its a lot clearer.

Game Players, Sorry i was not around yesterday to sort out the Trading Game but i had some friends round till late!, anyway im here now so i will crack on with the Game. I see there was some confusion with deadline time, im now confused myself with 12am and 12pm? but it should of been 12noon; Mid-day; that time in the middle of the day; lunchy time; after you get up and before bedtime; hottest part of the day; 12! Ok. :-) Anyone found posting after this time in the future will be shot, i mean ignored but for this week it's ok. Also littlewillie and jeroo join my team, but no more players can join now, it's official!

Right will someone make me a cuppa while i get on with the game updating process.

Hi GD, it's good to see that you have a life (and friends) outside all of this. I must admit I was a bit worried for you.

Littlewoman, Yes it’s nice to have friends, and those that came round last night were not nice! No actually, I have many friends well over 1 but no more than 2 and I see them quite a lot really, you know at least once or twice a year and then I usually lock myself away in the cupboard with a can of Bods. Yes my best friend Mr Bod. Friends, what would we do without friends?…..quite a lot really I suppose. Anyway I see you are already doing well on the Shares game and if you can improve one more place you will be lying underneath me which is not a bad place to be. Hee he.

Vasey, Yes it was a tight squeeze on the Game thread, you and Slacker were right up against each other there for a moment, anyway I have widened it again so there’s no excuse in the future for you to be all over Slacker!
