If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Ian,
I probably missed the highlight if it was the early part of the week.
Looking forward to an early resolution of the L2 issue.

Ian,
Not sure if this has been mentioned before, but the NMS field for all stocks on Level 2 is displayed as '0', and this has been the case for a few months now. Are there any plans to fix this?
Cheers,
Chris

PW,
Sound slike you are having a problem with the session cookie we set when you login. Firstly, check that the time and date on your machine are correct. Secondly, try going to the home page, clicking on log out and then log back in and try again.
If this does not work, try going to tools on IE, internet options, then privacy, advanced and make sure you have a tick next to override automatic cookie handling and one next to always allow session cookies.
Finally if none of the above works, you will need to make sure cookies ar enabled in your firewall.

Ian - has the format of the level2 screen changed today, as no mm epics or blue/red arrows showing.

martin,
can you give me an example of an epic you are looking at as there have been no changes to the layout of level 2 - The LSE did release their final MiFID upgrades on the weekend, which may account for what you are seeing.
Ian
Edit - there is furthe information about this on this trhead

Doh!! I had changed the screen veiw to "summary" from "all orders".So alls ok.
What I would like to suggest though is that the latest trades on the L2 screen be level with the order book, and not level with the mid price strip, reason being I like to have a L2 screen minimised at the bottom of my screen and it is handy to see the latest trades directly alongside the order book, if that makes sense!

Thakns for letting me know MArtin.
The trades are laid out like that so that it takes advantage of the whole of that right hand side therefore giving a view of more of the trades at any one time.

Ian, have sent you another email - but I can't get into the magazine any more. Tried to download a pdf for later and it crashed out and since then I just get the home page when I click on the "Read this week's issue" button. Going round in circles :-(

Seymour,
Apologiues for the delay - I have just tried it here with no problems - are you still having problems this morning? If so it could potentially be a cookie issue so may be worthwhile clearing out your cookies and doing a restart on the machine. On IE go to tools, delete browsing history and then delete cookies. Be aware that this will remove any passwords you have saved as cookies on your machine. Let me know how you get on,
Ian
