How would you like to trade a market where you get large regular price swings every 10 minutes in the afternoon, seven days a week. A
market where all prices are set purely by supply and demand, few transaction costs, no middle men and you only pay commission if you win? Where you can freely act as a market maker and where you have direct market access and where you can create a spread for others to take?
Betfair has revolutionised the betting market and created an open platform for exchanging risk on sports events. This market is now viewed much more like a traditional financial risk market than an old fashioned betting market. Smart users have realised that there are huge opportunities on Betfair because they can buy and sell risk in much the same way they would in a normal financial market but without the burden of cost or the restricted access that is usually associated with traditional financial markets.

Kettering sack manager Gascoigne
Gascoigne took charge of Kettering on 27 October
Paul Gascoigne wants to buy Kettering after being sacked by the non-league outfit after just 39 days in charge. The former England international, 38, was relieved of his duties on Monday after claims from club owner Imraan Ladak that things were not working out.

Redknapp said he hoped a deal would have been done today and is disappointed and that it now looks less likely that Saints and Pompey will come to an agreement but he's still hoping - he looked gutted to be honest

Woodie
If the media is to be believed he should be 100+ but i think there is still an expectation that this has another twist in the tail.
Managed to catch one of the big drfits so my book is nice and green at the mo (my smallest green is redknapp as i still dont think it will happen but well see)
My big greens are:
Sanchez
McLeish
Burley
Robson
Kerr

What I don't understand is Portsmouth jibbing at paying compensation equivalent to a top player's wages for 4-6 weeks for a manager they genuinely, it would seem, would like to have!
It just doesn't make sense to me. Or why Redknapp doesn't pay it himself out of the large bonus he MIGHT get keeping Portsmouth in the Premier League, IF he is so keen to go back.
Whatever happens I doubt if he will ever be treated with any respect in the future - on the South coast at least. By either party.
And with a permitted link to Sanchez it could be nearly over - though, like Woodie, I don't understand the odds on H!

I think it is just Pompey and Saints being stubborn. If Lowe or Mandaric concede then Harry is in.

Other than my cock up on Sanchez I am ok. Some odd ones in there as well. If Joe Royle gets the job I'll be up 36k! I've got 10 sitting on Joe at 1000-1 if anybody wants it!
