weather is just so vile today that am just trying to keep myself occupied indoors with the cricket and making some minestrone of kinds

cooked off a couple of lamb breasts yesterday so have some nice stock; soaked (pinto) beans o'night and and cooked those this morning
after that, it was just a case of putting it all together with assorted veg and a bit of chilli and shall now let it simmer for a couple of hours
shall add the thoroughly de-fatted breast meat for the last 20/30 minutes, but it'll all be better tomorrow anyway

Hope England win....they will perhaps declare....

spain is perhaps the most corrupt of the eurozone countries, and not necessarily in the most obvious of ways ...... try taking a spanish company to court for non-payment of debt ...... big joke that is
