NETeller - CASHING IN (NLR)

HUSTLER - 17 Nov 2004 20:02

NETeller - NLR - 3.15
Thought i would start a new thread following on from
hawick - new issue looks very special - not to steal the thunder from
hawick but just to highlight the company name to those not already in to this
potential blockbuster.
Those of us who are following NETeller know the background and have been
active with postings, for newcomers i strongly sugest viewing the
( new issue looks very special posting )the content will speak for itself.

Brief overview of NETeller
The company handles online cash transactions across the globe
on 21st oct gained fsa approval to operate as a regulated e-money issuer
and will passport the regulated status to all 25 EU member states
it has over 1 million clients rising by 2000 number each day
1500 online merchants and processed over $1.5 billion in 2003
pre tax profit is estimated to be 29 million to dec 04 rising to
40 million next year
per currently 20 to dec 04 falling to 11.5 which is low for sector
brokers have been raising forcasts on a regular basis
share price has risen over 50% since launch earlier this year
new markets emerging constantly, asia has the potential for supergrowth
online casinos are creating enormous profits
given all this - cash generative - huge market - fsa approval
infastructure in place to handle growth, profits accrue to bottom line
the market force is behind it with good relative strength
all put together it is hard to argue against this has the potential
to be a blockbuster over the year ahead

Because share prices neither go up or down in a straight line gallick.

Dil - 15 Mar 2005 16:21 - 668 of 1341

Probably because a lot of them have been interpreted wrongly , it happens all the time jimmy.

Everytime BPRG fell people screamed "mm manipulation" or "large buy being filled" .... crap imo.

Just accept it for what it is , a healthy bout of profit taking. We have had them before and will have them again.

gallick - 15 Mar 2005 16:32 - 669 of 1341

Don't agree Dil. When a large buyer comes in, they will tell the MM's what price they are prepared to pay. If the MM's are going to fill that order which they are desparate to do, they have to mark down prices, shake the tree and pick up stock cheaply. Short term manipulation goes on all the time. When the large buy order is filled the price will shoot up and other buyers will follow in behind. Anyway lets let the market decide, and see what happens in the next couple of days - I reckon a sharp bounce - what about you?

.... and does anyone ever claim "big seller in the wings" when the price rises ????

moneyplus - 15 Mar 2005 16:34 - 671 of 1341

Whatever it is I've just picked up a few more so hope we're heading back up soon.

goldfinger - 15 Mar 2005 16:42 - 672 of 1341

Standing firm, I trully beleive the MMs are needing stock.

Three days on the bounce now where buy volumes have been bigger than sell volumes (yesterday 2 to 1). That leaves the MMs with an inbalance of stock on their books.

Lets not forget April the 4th isnt that far away and we know the company are in the US meeting US investors, WHERE WILL THE STOCK COME FROM?????????????????????. I hear somone saying the management will sell for market demand. Will they though?.

The answer is a big NO, taken from the RNS when the directors last sold stock into the market 8th Nov 2004......

In order to effect the Placing, the Sellers were released from their lock-in
undertakings, which were agreed at the time of the Company's admission to the
Alternative Investment Market in April 2004, in respect of the Placing Shares by
the Company's Joint Brokers. The Sellers have agreed to an extension of the
existing lock-in undertakings for a further 12 months from 5 November 2004. In
addition, the Sellers have acknowledged that Canaccord will not consent to any
further sales of their shares for the 12 month period from 5 November 2004. ENDS .

Theres your answer I am sure of it, the only problem is that mms tactics are not working.

cheers GF.

goldfinger - 15 Mar 2005 17:16 - 673 of 1341

MMs need to reverse tactics put the stock up massively (which will suit me) and then get there stock from sellers when holders realise profits.

cheers GF.

Dil - 15 Mar 2005 19:40 - 674 of 1341

Oh yeah thats a good idea gf , mm's sell cheap and buy high and its xmas come early for investors.

What planet you on ?

Dil - 15 Mar 2005 20:28 - 675 of 1341

The last 4 days trades if taken at face value show a balanced book .

goldfinger - 15 Mar 2005 23:28 - 676 of 1341

Rubbish Dil, stop talking silly offer and bid would move. Even if the trades were balanced which they arent and werent, come on tell me where the MMs are going to get the stock for institutional investors over in the US after the 4th of April?. Fidelity USA are alleged to want some now.

Come on lets be having your answer. Still sloshed after the Welsh win in Scotland are we. You want to sober up boyo. Ive always respected your posts Dil even though we have had a little banter but this last one of yours well. You seem to be letting yourself down.

cheers GF.

hampi_man - 15 Mar 2005 23:50 - 677 of 1341

Aside, Ireland for the triple crown, Wales, well a good runner up??????

goldfinger - 15 Mar 2005 23:59 - 678 of 1341

Come on Ireland.

cheers GF.

Dil - 16 Mar 2005 08:26 - 679 of 1341

You talk b*ll*x gf , price goes up when more buyers than sellers and vice versa , supply and demand.

You have addressed none of the points I have made so lets leave it there.

Dil - 16 Mar 2005 09:14 - 680 of 1341

... and I just bought back the shares you called me bonkers for selling last Monday at 760p.

Paulo2 - 16 Mar 2005 09:16 - 681 of 1341

It must be near the bottom now!! I am going back in anyway. Wish me luck!!

Dil - 16 Mar 2005 09:40 - 682 of 1341

If it carries on falling like this it'll hit my stop loss this afternoon and I'll be out.

What price are the mm's pulling it back to for "the big buyer" gf ... 200p ?

simonpaynton - 16 Mar 2005 09:56 - 683 of 1341

This will start panicing people out at this rate, its hard to stay in when you see money flushing down the pan quicker than you can see....

Is there some news that we aint aware of yet..

Dil - 16 Mar 2005 10:05 - 684 of 1341

Not in my opinion , its just a run of the mill correction. A fall of around 15% after a rise of over 120% in the last 3 months is hardly a disaster.

Good luck , no more from me til results.

simonpaynton - 16 Mar 2005 10:11 - 685 of 1341

I agree, and thats why I am hanging in there, but such a sharp drop will surely start to panic the weaker holders, I am glad to see a improvment of few % over the 5.39% we had a few moments ago.

goldfinger - 16 Mar 2005 10:26 - 686 of 1341

Supply and Demand Dil LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL, when ever have the MMs worked to the Economic rules of supply and demand especially with this one. Lets face it Dil your very rough around the edges. You still havent told the board how they are going to meet US demand after the 4th of April.
As for addressing your points, what points? all we got from you was a child like outburst yesterday afternoon, you dont like to be proved wrong do you Dil where as I cant admit if I have got it wrong, no problem.

So far there is nothing to suggest I have got it wrong.

cheers GF.
