Cynic, for some reason you are in denial It was very obvious to all, and particularly Hungary, that allowing hordes of predominately young and able men into the EU would lead to trouble. The behaviour of some at the borders was enough clue.

These people naturally gang together and the women in Cologne were easy targets for the animals among them. The women had every right to be there. It is their city and there are no no-go areas for them. Yet.

It doesn't take much for some to start harrassing women for others to join in. It is entertainment for them. I find the idea that you think these louts were somehow manipulated as laughable. They are the ones that have been manipulating the system.
