Not just another coffee shop chain - this one is a brand leader and is only trading in Eastern/Central Europe (i.e. the countries recently admitted to the EU destined for substantial business growth). APRIL 2006 TRADING UPDATE!!! Total Gross Revenues for 12 months to 31st March up 66% to £6.3M (2005: £3.8M) Lots more info. on new markets and stores click here to read the full details. Stores: 43 (up from 32) stores currently trading (Poland: 30 (up from 23), Czech Republic: 6 (Up from 2), Latvia: 7 with a further 5 units under construction including Bulgaria and sites secured in Romania (subject contract). Bulgaria & Romania are seeking to join the EU from January 2007. Sites located in key high street, shopping malls or Airport locations. Company growth target: increase number of units by at least 20 units to some 63 units by 31 March 2007. Aim being to achieve this level of growth within present Cash resources.Cash balances at 31 March 2006 were approximately £2.9M (2005: £0.7M). Debt was nil (2005: £ 2.5M): Nil Debt! Positive EBITDA: For the year ending 31 March 2006, Group EBITDA expected to be firmly positive after charging UK and new market development costs but before exceptional costs relating to the cancellation of bonds (previous Debt). Forecasts: Based on present trading conditions and current exchange rates we anticipate indicative sales of £9.3M for the year to 31 March 2007. This includes indicative sales of £0.4M from Bulgaria, which will be reported but not consolidated. From Richard Worthington (Chairman and Chief Executive): ‘The new financial year has started well. There is no doubt that the significant economic improvement in our markets is feeding through to consumer confidence and spending. Just got email from RW, they are not setting targets because they believe this will give the competition an insight into there developement... Safe to say though he quoted Czech stores last year and intimated this would easily be beaten this year... Good time to top up...

You ramping dogs, don't you realise David has "dedicated his life to educating others" and therefore has more sense than the rest of us put together. It's just too bad that despite his devotion to enlightening thickoes, mega-bucks have so far "illuded" him. Must be all those aracnid eggs he's scoffing.
Still, he's obviously on to a winner now. I suggest you follow Point 10 of his shares masterclass (if you read that far) and sell up any speculative (aka "high risk") shares you have and put all your cash into MLR, which is both sounder and evidently free from rampers (our chum David excepted, of course)! I know I'll be doing so... as soon as my broker stops laughing long enough to execute the trade.
In the meantime, I hope the nurses realise that David is both abusing his internet access and not taking his medicine. Mind you, he has probably "taken care of them" by now and they'll be found several months hence - bound and gagged in his smelly wardrobe, along with a full-size papier mache voodoo doll bearing a striking resemblance to RW.
Still, he's obviously on to a winner now. We used to serve soup the boys from Tiger Bay every Saturday as the folks were substantial hoteliers in Cardiff.
So sad the see you are still shackled to your roots.
As for the Spitefires I would agree with you. Reginald Mitchell would have been proud as to would those who gave the greatest all sacrifices for this once proud land. Some many brave young men made the supreme sacrifice for King and country.
Sadly they would all turn in the graves to see the cess pit that Bratain has become today.
Stocks banter apart, it genuinely breaks my heart to see the State of out once proud and great nation, and those total incompentant buffoons who have the gall to take their seats in Parliment.
I am strongly committed to the belief that the wrong side lost the Second World War.

MLR oh now that is a definite link to "WAXMAN", oh made my day its the same old fart just with a different name... If you tell lies you get found out in the end WAXMAN... Don't bother responding i've squelched you and would suggest others do until you get the message...
For the investors in COH RW responded today to the question of why we haven't had any targets relating to new outlets and he responded by saying that the board believed by setting targets it would give the competition too much information but he intimated that the Czech store opening would be exceeding last years openings... All is well with the good ship COH...

Well chaps good moring, did you all breafast well?
Or did the egg fall on your face?
Whatever happened to all those great buying opportunities being bandered around yesterday?
What happened to all the top up merchants, or those trying to find some sun from Mr Curries' rear orifice' or those just pointeless expanding their already overly expanded facial orifices?
All gone now, as the mighty market expounds its wisdom upon a no hoper, dead beat share with no substance at all, just about floating precariously upon the unqualified hot air hype of the RAMPERS.
Its marked down today chappies, a 1-3% mark down, but today sees a big difference, the spread is now really quite massive for a small cap 1.75p making it a real gamble for only the brave like AdieH.
I wonder if he will be topping up today? Or was just a well, oiled, well worn orifice running out of control?
Lets give the poor fellow the benefit of the doubt eh? Also pray he pack is parachute tighly!

What will happen now is that COH will have to pay more for sites and be content with less revenue.
Sadly. I see the SP now falling even further, and I am am genuinely sorry for those who bought on the unqualified rampings of idiots, which is regretably to be found infesting most of the financial BBs

Have you seen the RNS... bet those who sold out this morning might be regretting it. There was no substance behind the drop over the last few days maybe some stop losses were triggered but to have $20 million in the bank ready for an aggressive expansion I know which company I would rather be investing in COH rather than the franchise route that CFE are doing... in a relatively free market... Whose the muppet now... and exposed as a liar on numerous counts... Just admit it WAXMAN or whatever other alias you are using...

The underwrting at 41p, being as it has long discounted in the falling share price.
Today's sellers, and there are 1,100,000 of them, will be proven to be the more prudent of COH gamblers.
COH has missed the boat they should not be messing around with all these fund raising exerciase, look atb thre expenses involed to the shareholders.
Worthington, as anY prudent CEO would have done, should have planned his market penitration, called for the cash needed to move forward, years ago, and gone for it.
Look at the costs of these continuing cash calls to the shareholder!
Now there is too much competition, chasing too few prime sites.
Therefore, what he could have bought, say five years ago, will now cost him three times as much, or rather cost his shareholders.
But what does he care?
His pockets are already filled.
