Lambykins's Dutch Coffee House - ADULTS ONLY (LAMB)

Spaceman - 28 Jan 2005 23:56

CLOSED - THANKS to all customers for the last few years

7thFloor - 11 Feb 2005 10:40 - 669 of 24230

Me axe? Whatcha mean me axe? Is that a term us rock gods should be aware of? Perhaps I'll read about it after page 4 of me book.
Ooh! page 6 is The Times They Are A Changin'. Betcha all looking forward to that.

No-ones mentioned me stetson! Or the boots! (-:-0

Iain - 11 Feb 2005 10:43 - 670 of 24230

A git/Box/Lady/ err Electric guitar
Fast and bulbous:)

7thFloor - 11 Feb 2005 10:44 - 671 of 24230

Phew! This is hard work keeping up with all the lingo as well!

Bugger! I've got to go to Tesco's me missus says! You'd think I'd have a minion to do that wouldn't you?

See you later (by popular request)!

stockbunny - 11 Feb 2005 10:45 - 672 of 24230

We look forward to it 7th! LOL
Maybe when you've mastered more then Mull of Kintyre!
:>)

jj50 - 11 Feb 2005 11:09 - 673 of 24230

He's gone, phew - how long do you think it will take 7th to go
round Tesco, or should I opt for an early lunch :-)

stockbunny - 11 Feb 2005 11:12 - 674 of 24230

LOL JJ!!
This market can't decide whether it really wants to go UP
or stay where it is!!

I fancy some pate and toast - want some?

jj50 - 11 Feb 2005 11:29 - 675 of 24230

I like pate, sounds good - little bit of rabbit food
with it? :-)

stockbunny - 11 Feb 2005 11:37 - 676 of 24230

Of course!! :>)

jj50 - 11 Feb 2005 12:40 - 677 of 24230

Quiet in here for Friday lunch - everyone must be
out at pub not coffee house!

optomistic - 11 Feb 2005 12:54 - 678 of 24230

Been shopping jj

7thFloor - 11 Feb 2005 13:15 - 679 of 24230

Well, I reckon I must go out more (that's wot my reform teacher said as well!)! I've come back to find all my shares performing extra well! A landmark day for my portfolio! :-) Now watch the Yanks go and spoil it all.

Damn! Forgot my geeeetar, I've left it in the car, bugger! Sorry folks but it's a long walk - and in these boots!

Unless you REALLY REALLY want me to strum a leeeetle tune for you? I think I've cracked that strummin' lark. I can't seem to bend me fingers enough to get the 'A' chord (unless Iain holds my hand like he did yesterday) so I've simply left it out of my repartee! I can do the 'D' & 'E' chords and it nearly sounds the same to me.
Mmmmmm with my new found wealth I could hire someone to do the fretwork and I could just strum along. I could also smoke one of Spaceman's special wraps at the same time. Seems prissy not to really.

stockbunny - 11 Feb 2005 14:36 - 680 of 24230

No we can cope 7th just leave it to rest in the car boot!
DOW appears to be south bound so far... :>(

7thFloor - 11 Feb 2005 14:51 - 681 of 24230

Yeh! But what to do with my open positions over the weekend ??????

SBunny: Did I tell you about my guitar playing?

jj50 - 11 Feb 2005 14:52 - 682 of 24230

Buy anything nice opto? :-)

7th - I think its a good idea, just pop upstairs and have a smoke .....
......peace man, peace!

Bunny, what are you like at picking boot locks?

7thFloor - 11 Feb 2005 15:00 - 683 of 24230

Now picking's what I'm good at young lady!

Have you heard my rendition of duelling banjo's? Without the 'A' chord obviously.

Shucks! That time already. School run a coming up! Yeeehaa!

Why does my grand daughter want me to wait round the corner for her? I played her a great piece of geeeetar last night in front of her mates? Very odd.

optomistic - 11 Feb 2005 15:02 - 684 of 24230

Not a lot jj just the essentials.

optomistic - 11 Feb 2005 15:02 - 685 of 24230

Not a lot jj just the essentials.

jj50 - 11 Feb 2005 15:07 - 686 of 24230

Twice as much as usual, opto!

I hope 7th floor's grand daughter seeks revenge and takes up the guitar too..

Think I'm out of here - two of my three purchases today taken out on stop loss with substantial loss, so judgement must be out of the window.

Have a good week-end everyone :-)

stockbunny - 11 Feb 2005 15:07 - 687 of 24230

Double the essentials? Opto LOL! ;>)

Ah well 7th you see it's all about this thing called
Street Cred. and sadly I have to report that to most
young'uns, any older ones just don't have any S.C and are a
liability to the young'uns own S.C.
It causes terminal damage to S.C. to be seen with any wrinklies
(the definition of a wrinkly being anyone over 20 if she's very
young or anyone over 25-ish if she's fractionally older)

JJ - after seeing Life of Grime in New York last night I'm
staying well clear of any car boots!! LOL!!

7thFloor - 11 Feb 2005 16:28 - 688 of 24230

Street Cred? Ah yes I remember it well!

I'm off for a smoke and a beer and another smoke. Where the heck is everyone?

OK you lot! You can come out now! I've left it at home! Unappreciative audience if you ask me. :-(
