If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Apologies all,
Your streaming prices should now start to stream again - if not please refresh your screen.
we are investigating the underlying cause of this.

It's been impossible to do anything this morning after about 08:03 - fine before that! Couldn't even report the fault on here, so went and made some (very strong) coffee instead!

In Spain the electricity supplier makes an annual rebate based on the power interuptions over the past year. Something all subscription services should consider imo.

halifax,
Sounds like a java issue.
Firstly reboot your machine.
If that doesn't work, try re loading java by clicking on the link below:

Ian due to the recent problems, and as a gesture of goodwill could money am reward loyal customers this xmas with say 1 mouth free subscription, we have had to put up with more than our fair share of problems with the site being down, even if it is beyond your control.

I had the same problem as halifax, so I refreshed, logged out then logged in and then closed the Browser. Only after I closed and opened the browser did Stockwatch work.
