Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).
Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.
cheers GF.

Female Labour MP accuses Jeremy Corbyn of giving women 'a pat on the head'
Jess Phillips said the Labour leader should have promoted more women and warned that the hard-Left has a 'special talent' for discrimination
By Kate McCann, Senior Political Correspondent11:23AM GMT 08 Jan 2016
A female Labour MP has accused Jeremy Corbyn of giving women a "pat on the head" after he failed to offer any of the four top jobs in the party to female candidates in his reshuffle.
Jess Phillips wrote that the hard Left have "a special talent" for discrimination against women and cited two serious cases in which close allies of Mr Corbyn have been accused of sexism.
In an article in The Guardian she wrote: "I had hoped that post-reshuffle I could have written an apology – a jubilant “They are listening, sisters” piece. Instead, there has been another missed opportunity to reorder the feted top four jobs and give at least one to a woman.
"In fact I feel the result of the smallest reshuffle that took the longest time is a bit of a pat on the head: “There, there, dear, you got a couple more women.” I know it is hard. But if it were me, I’d have managed it."
The new Labour MP for Birmingham Yardley said that while Mr Corbyn does not hate women, "in the hard left of British politics lurks a gruesome misogyny".
Her comments follow a reshuffle of the Labour leader's top team, in which he did not promote any of his female MPs to senior roles.
She added: "George Galloway reports that he is great friends with some of Labour’s top team. Now, I don’t know about you, but I find that once I know one of my mates thinks it is acceptable for someone to have sex with a woman when she is asleep, I start to avoid them at parties.
"When they try to discredit and belittle the forced marriage and abuse of a Labour candidate (now MP) – yes, the Labour party where you work – well, I conclude, that ain’t no friend of mine.
"Next up we have the Socialist Workers party. I am stunned they have not won an award for their services to women. When one of their number alleged that she had been sexually assaulted by another of the “workers”, they showed their true colours.
"It was reported at the time that the woman who complained about rape in the SWP claimed she was asked a number of offensive questions about her sexual past and drinking habits, and the party was accused of holding a “kangaroo court”. The woman’s allegations were dismissed by the party.
"In both these cases, people appeared to take leave of their senses because there was a leftwing man to protect."
Mr Corbyn promoted Emily Thornberry to be shadow defence secretary in place of Maria Eagle, who has moved to the culture team.
But the most senior posts of shadow chancellor, home secretary, foreign secretary and leader are all still occupied by men.

Under current German laws, asylum seekers are only forcibly sent back if they have been sentenced to at least three years, and providing their lives are not at risk in their countries of origin.
Officials from Angela Merkel's conservative Christian Democrat party are expected to propose that migrants jailed for any length of time should face deportation.
"I think there are indications that changes must happen," Ms Merkel said
How can she with the Human right's act, we can't do it in the UK. How can she deport them back to Syria or other places when all they have to say is their life would be in danger. then there will legal proceedings that will drag on and cost the tax payer massive amount's

Political will!
Sarko did the same thing a few years ago, when he ordered a wrong un to be put on a plane and flown out of France.
No courts, do gooders, human rights or any other bullshit allowed to get in the way.
Don't expect the same of Dave.

Max,

You seemed in the past to have spent a lot of time abroad, perhaps, if visiting again and you are picked up by the police for and questionable legal offence, and allowed to stew in one of their police or "investigating officers" cells for a couple of months you will recall you remark.

Do you remember those Sudanese training at a camp in England who were sent home for Sexual assaults against women and a rape of a local man.?
Looks like it was a warning of things to come in Germany. Tried to google the story but couldn't find anything

Sorry cynic, but this is a classic. We all remember Goldfinger with love and affection. His return to ADVFN was met with wild applause as you can imagine. This little gem of his was posted by him under one of his numerous user names on the Far9 thread.
