If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

halifax,
Sounds like a java issue.
Firstly reboot your machine.
If that doesn't work, try re loading java by clicking on the link below:

Ian due to the recent problems, and as a gesture of goodwill could money am reward loyal customers this xmas with say 1 mouth free subscription, we have had to put up with more than our fair share of problems with the site being down, even if it is beyond your control.

I had the same problem as halifax, so I refreshed, logged out then logged in and then closed the Browser. Only after I closed and opened the browser did Stockwatch work.

Had Service temp unavailable twice since 0800 hrs. Been away for 2 days but understand there have been problems.
I must agree with KKeith re some sort of recompense if this continues. I came over to moneyam re their usually (at the time) excellent product. Things have definitely slipped over a poor service from their supplier.
Will not continue to post faults every time they occur, as we appear to be going round in circles. I will just follow progress, and if required contact moneyam management direct.
I appreciate Ian and his staff are doing their best as usual, but the management should put out a message stating their future plans before their customer base starts to diminish.

greekman,
Please rest assured that my superiors are kept fully up to date with any problems, and also rest assured that we are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. This could well be related to the issues we had yesterday, but we will of course investigate,
