Mid-States - Luke Johnson bidding? (MST)

bottom line - 25 Nov 2004 08:20

nice little cash shell

Strong rumour that Gary Ashworth (Abacus Recruitment) and Luke Johnson(Pizza Express etc) are looking at reversing Interquest - their new recruitment company into Mid-States - loose talk suggests anything up to 55p , maybe a bit far fetched but could it double?

http://www.interquestgroup.com/company/directors.htm

Up a couple of pence the last few days on these rumours

mg - 15 Dec 2004 07:59 - 74 of 96

Well done to the Momentum Support Team - this thread nearly slipped off the front page again. Blimey, this is getting almost as difficult as the other side - only difference is that you have to check every day - instead of every 5 minutes ;)

Our day will come - I can feel it in my water!!

Bones - 16 Dec 2004 10:04 - 75 of 96

Nearly off the page again! Not exactly an aMSTrad!

Another 50k MG? MiSTer Large Nads!

mg - 21 Dec 2004 17:55 - 81 of 96

Well it's getting to that time when we need to look forward to a Merry ChriSTmas and a MoST Prosperous New Year.

Looks very much as if we're not going to hear the story until into January - I'm sure it'll be a good 'un. After all, if nothing is going to happen then the MST Board should have been telling us about their plans to return the cash to us. I'd much prefer the deal ;))

And BTW Bones, my shed is full to overflowing - I think that might have been someone else from the BB - no doubt a very astute, probably genius, investor.

We happy band - MuST start thinking about what kind of celebration we should be organising ;))))

Best Wishes To ALL

Bones - 21 Dec 2004 19:38 - 82 of 96

My Sincere Thanks MG!

chocolat - 22 Dec 2004 11:57 - 83 of 96

On the subject of MiracleS aT work.. ;)

Druids would cut MiSTletoe off oak trees in a special cereMony five dayS afTer the new Moon following the winter solSTice. The Druids believed that the MiSTletoe would become contaminated if it touched the ground, so they used a special white cloth to catch it. The Druids then sacrificed two white bulls while prayers were said, and priests gave out the MiSTletoe sprigs to the people, who believed they would then be kept safe froM evil SpiriTs and storms.

See ... a couple of bulls is all it takes, guys ;)

mg - 22 Dec 2004 12:06 - 84 of 96

I've got no bulls, but if I MuST sacrifice anything this Merry chriSTmas it might as well be My Special Teddy - it doesn't fit anymore anyway.

Have a good 'un ma petite ;)
