Keep on going down to the dead cross point later - and then die perhaps ? ;-)
Look at the MAs on the charts - its all looking terrible.
Yes today you had PM1 buying back in after YOO - but what about tomorrow - what about the press and media write ups - are the press going to savage those results !
Very risky ;-) No profits ;-) No orders ;-) (well 2) Nothing to substantiate the price apart from HYPE and RAMP - where are those large orders ?? ;-)

Classic staged buying in the morning to support the price on awful results - PM1 was there with his gains from pump and dump on YOO after selling SEO early last week. Notice today the drop as the results were bad - then the buying - now there is nothing left and down it goes.
Tomorrow - very weak again ??!!

With no orders the only ROLLOUT that looks possible is the wheelbarrow to ask for more money from yet another dilution shares issue IMO ?? !! ;-)

I hold myself aloof from this sordid affray, being only a friend of a friend of a friend, and so one removed from the common herd. Alas my ability to influence "them" wains in proportion to my distance from the friends themselves. Have I been duped into a meaningless relationship, or will SEO reach 50p before too long?

I was rather hoping from earlier posts that IIdiot had decided to stop bashing SEO and basically just f**ked off. Unfortunately, I can see from my filtered list that this is not actually the case. What a shame. But what's all this about getting our friends to prop up the SP by buying shares this morning? What a complete load of bollocks. I'm afraid this is desperation stakes for the IIdiot now. We have had the spin about the ASDA deal and no orders; well, that has and is happening. We have had the spin about the Interims being delayed; well, they are out. We have had the spin about the crash following the Interims; well, that hasn't happened. We've had spin on everything. What's left? Well, not very much actually. Give it up you loser, you never were very good at deramping this company and the more you post negatively as SEO progress, the more pathetic and stupid you look, if that is at all possible.
Have a nice day..........not

Sorry - guys - we nearly got rid of him - and he baited you - and you swallowed it.
Just ignore him completely - parasites need something to feed off - do not give him the food and he will die.
Now pleeeeeeeeaase - lets just all of us ignore him - anyone joining this site will see what a complete arse he is and we can get on with discussing real issues - like who is going to organise the party.

Let me add some comments I have on their status from a 3rd party -
"I haven't gone into the latest News and "goings-on" of SEO, but if they're trying to "pump up" the price, there's a good chance they want to buy something using their stock and not too much cash.
On the other hand, if their Equity is getting dangerously low and they're trying to avoid Insolvency, they'll need to sell more stock to the public or borrow from the banks. If you look at their latest Financials you'd see the following :-
Bottom Line Loss for 2004 was -2.790mil. This is up from a Loss in 2003 of -0.535mil. If you look at their Balance Sheet you will see that their Total Shareholder's Funds, i.e. Equity, for 2003 was 2.647mil. Now if they had added their 2004 Loss to that figure they would have had a Negative Equity, i.e. INSOLVENCY. However, during the 2004 Financial Year they were forced to improve their Equity situation so you will see that they added 5.209mil. to their Share account. I see they also included a "Shares to be issued" amount of 2.500mil. I wonder how "kosher" that is ?!
Either way, in my opinion, it doesn't say that much for SEO. If you sell your own stock to someone else you sell a certain amount of "ownership" of your company to a third party. I'd prefer to use the cash that my business plan generates, on an ongoing basis, to fund my purchases. What SEO may be doing tells me that they are not that good, at present, in making ongoing profits. They may see their future as being improved by incorporating another business into their existing structure. If that's the case, the question is, "how well will they do with that new structure ?" And once again, one will have to wait and see how that pans out by studying the future numbers in their Financial Reports. To make a move before one can analyse those future numbers is, by the very nature of things, SPECULATING."

As i said earlier, the Interims were not as bad as expected, and it takes time for all business products to build. The good thing about seo, is they have the products to build on. They are going the right way about it and, as the orders increase, the profits will follow, no-one in their right mind expected it to happen over night, wait for a few months and watch the sp increase as new orders are won. I am certainly not going to take any notice of any iidiot who advises off-loading a share with so much going for it. Some people would't know a good thing if it bit them in the arse.

ii, thought you had some decorating to do? anway, it's very clear your argument is with pm1 and pm1 alone. why don't the two of you set up your own "special" thread, where you can call each other silly names and then the both of you can stop getting on other peoples' tits!

My view is the interims were far less scary than I thought likely to be the case, other than T/O v Cap. Val.. With plenty of cash for the timebeing, and remember this company only has about 45 people on the payroll, I reckon it should be set up for the time it may take to get their order book flowing.
Agree with bos. re the private spats, it's boring for the rest of us.

Well done sequestor. Great picture of stockdog pulling the pants off to get at the insider inside! Suggest dynamite comes in right and gives him one at the same level with her handbag!
Been out of action with grandsons, golf, Billy Elliott, golf, education, golf, family from abroad, golf. Oh no! Over 500 posts to read, minus that is, 400 from ii. Plus a margin call to meet tomorrow - you guys have not been looking after the shop that well. Good interim report, though, in my view. Steady as she goes with renewed expectation of several hundred licences from ASDA suppliers. Now just contemplate the interim report for next year - lovely jubbly!

Now then IMO the results statement is worded very openly which allows it to be misinterpreted (perfect material for rampers) if you notice the 24th March RNS it says 24 March 2005 Stanelco PLC, the RF (radio frequency) applications group, is pleased to announce that it has signed a binding contract with ASDA for a 12-month exclusive agreement for the application of the Group's GREENSEAL tray lidding and thermoforming RF technology in the UK and Ireland. ASDA anticipate that several hundred machines will be adapted to utilise the technology due to the significant benefits it delivers.
Now as they are reporting on the first half year they have cleverly IMO in the results added the word "following" and then made reference to this statement again 29 June 2005 following successful trials, on the 24th March 2005, Stanelco announced that it has signed a binding contract with ASDA for a 12-month exclusive agreement for the application of the group's GREENSEAL(TM)tray lidding and thermoforming RF technology in the UK and Ireland. ASDA anticipate that several hundred machines will be adapted in the next 12 months to utilise the technology due to the significant benefits it delivers.
The following refers to previous news and anticipate is a forward looking word with no meaning or commitment - very misleading IMO ! You can see already certain rampers using this loose wording to start ramping again.
For the record IN the event that there is not in place several hundred orders in the first year which has 11 months more to go now after the 1st commercial order (yes the 1 of 2 they have) then I shall be writing to the Chairman of Asda direct to complain over why their lower levels of management have allowed the use of Asdas name in such circumstances.
It is enough to make you LOL the play on words going on IMO.
