Will this increase or decrease the likelihood of terrorist actions in America, Europe and the rest of the world?
If you were a member of a family murdered in this conflict, would you be seeking revenge?
Should Tzipi Livni and Ehud Olmert, be tried for war crimes if or when this conflict comes to an end?
What will the price of oil be in 4 weeks time?

Fred
I'm sure you think that today's rocket attacks from Gaza are a perfectly reasonable and justifiable cry for help from a people to whom nobody is listening, and that any military response by Israel will be shocking, uncalled for, disproportionate and unexpected.
So let me get this in first: Fred - you're a bleeding heart gullible fool. Get a grip.
Count - same applies.

Charts, I am glad you will not be negotiating for Israel.
If because you have physical might you can kill or murder with impunity I think you are wrong.

Fred - go poke a tiger with a sharp stick. Cynic will take up your case with London Zoo when you unexpectedly and disproportionately get mauled to death.

cynic will form his own view of this bloody and largely mindless conflict, caring not whether it is deemed to be patronising one side or another

oh, I doubt it.
Cynic appears to have a mind of concrete - thoroughly mixed and permanently set.

And what good will it do?
At how will it enable any future peace initiatives?
If the toll of life from the "disproportionate", how many further generations will have distorted views and attempt to wreak revenge?
The response, you appearing to be suggesting, is as primitive as the action of the people firing the rockets.
Both sides probably of the same genetic base.
Stupid.

Once again, I think Charts is looking in the mirror.

MC
do you not think it better to reply knowing what it is you are replying to?
rather than basing it upon the assumption of what was said based upon latter replies by others.
i have never squelched anyone regardless of what they may have said or posted about me. how can i talk or negotiate with such persons if i choose to ignore them? that is a personal matter so i shall not delve further. i would however ask this further open question.. as follows. if we choose to squelch a poster and inform him so, i.e. we cannot read his/her post would it not be right and proper that we in turn do not comment on or refer to his/her same posts.
after they are squelched, they do not exist anymore as far as we are concerned.
they may exist to others, but not to us. so what right do we have to make comment on a post that we have chosen to squelch and not read?
am i mistaken?

jkd

Mr Charts - your self restraint is admirable.
I, on the other hand, am happy to state the obvious and point out that Fred's a prick.

Why dont the billionaires of Dubai who pay $2m for a number plate or the Arab owners of man City who are prepared to pay Kaka 500,000 per week to play football, donate to the Gaza emergency fund???
Simple. The problem is not on their doorstep and they simply dislike the Palestinians-fact,black and white.I know I lived and work in Arab countries.
