“Officers attended and found a man in his 30s suffering from an ear injury following an altercation with two men. He was taken to hospital for a check-up but was not seriously injured.Tommy said that 20 minutes later, the police arrived to arrest him as the man had complained.

“I couldn’t believe it. I thought it was a joke,” he said.

He added: “The police were very polite and understanding but they have procedures to follow. But you can’t have people urinating in front gardens – it’s immoral. There is a public loo in the park 250 yards away.”

Stan 67483-----No I don't but I would imagine Tommy would have encouraged them to leave and maybe (note maybe) they resented being told and it escalated from there. You on the other hand surmised that Tommy immediately took the law into his own hands.
