If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Still no joy. Look like I need two gos to flag any news off the Stockwatch page on anything. And the same with the main News. Any further thoughts Ian ?
Thanks

indu,
As I say I cannot reproduce it here and all works fine in the 2 different browser I have used. We have checked the error logs and there is nothing in there.
With regard to getting the news via the news flag on Stockwatch - one possible cause to the problem you are having there could be that a pop up blocker has become enabled on your machine and is interfering in some way, but of course without looking at the machine I could not say for sure,

Ian - not really a bug as such but just thought I would let you know that I installed new Norton Internet Security last night and MoneyAM gets flagged as "a known phishing site". Always thought you were a shady bunch ;) All my other normal trading related websites are fine including the dark side.

Isaacs,
I will pass this onto our tech guys to take a look. Maybe norton being over zealous,

Ian,
Launching level2 from stockwatch seems to log me out. I get the level2 'free demo' screen and then a few mins later my stockwatch screen expires.
Is something up with my account or is everyone having this issue?

Valuemax,
It is account specific - your account has reverted to free - I will send you an E mail with more information,

Ok thanks. I'm actually away from home this week so have no access to home email. I've updated my profile with a new web email address - please send the mail there.

Is there a problem with response time - really slow switching between level 2 screens - e.g from say LGEN to AMER

bhunt,
Just tried it here and response time is as I would expect it to be - I know it is obvious, but may just be worth trying a restart on the machine to see if that helps,

I have a Stocklist called Builders. There are no stocks in it but I can't insert any stocks, edit the list nor delete it. "Streaming lost"
traffic light flashes on when I try to do anything with it. Any suggestions please?

The Other Kevin,
This is probably because there are no stocks in the list. We will manually remove it for you.
Thanks, James.

Thanks James. I was going to put in some stocks but I'll start again from scratch.

Hi James. You seem to have deleted all my Stockwatch lists. It's only the Buillders I was having problems with. Please restore the others.

TOK,
We have not done anything with regard to this as yet - can you log out and log back in and I will take a look at this end,
Ian

TOK,
I think it is related to the list you have mentioned not having any stocks in which is causing the issue. I have entered a test list, and you shoudl now be able to see your other lists, we will get the builders list removed today.
