The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

"the Meldex debate should take a central place as opposed to the childish and derogatory route those with limited company knowledge take"
I loved that statement, Tabatha. It was Scottie boy and yourself who really started the abuse. If you can't take it, then don't start it.
As to an MDX discussion, this was seriously called to 10p many months back. You socffed, we were entirely correct. We stated that cash was badly needed and again that transpired and is further proven by the BJM email detailed above. We alkso stated the figures did not add up so the price was set to fall and fall. All these came to pass and there was only 1 dimwit blindly buying. That was yourself. Even when you get debate you ignore and try to drown in out in personal abuse. You played with fire got burned and continue to do so.
Here endeth yet another lesson that will be ignored. ;-)))))))

A big thanks from myself to Barry/Garry for their tireless work in addressing all possible aspects of the business reorganization.I for one appreciate the amount of work required to turn Meldex arounda message to all loyal investors.those in charge remain bullish!!!..
Subject to final clearance from laywers, we're planning to secure the convertible loan note on all of the company's assets, rather like a first fixed and floating charge given to banks. One proviso: we'll have to make the security subject to subordination to a bank in the event we need a facility for any other purpose in the normal course of business. Hopefully, such action will finally put to rest the naysayers who think our only motive is to rip-off the Company.
I don't have a problem with this email being circulated. As you know, if any shareholder has questions all they have to do is ask! If I don't want anything disseminated, then I won't talk about it in the first place.
Best wishes,
Barry

As yet no one knows what assets are left. I hope at least an independent valuation is done before people part with their hard earned

I'm sure they've got an electric typewriter that must be an antique by now. Maybe "Cash in the attic" might be a better route for fundraising.

Tabatha - BJM has been in deep doo-doo as a director before. He'd be a hero no matter what, given what he took on - clever?????
I'd underestimate anybody who takes charge of a publicly limited company, regardless, let alone those with a chequered past. Jeez, do you never learn?

"We intend to issue a statement covering all aspects of the business along with an offer to shareholders to subscribe to a secured convertible loan note. The Company does need to raise funds in order to provide a working capital statement."
Errr ... you can shove your offer where the sun don't shine Barry .

For those invested in Meldex and seek a written insurance contract from Barry/Garry
The pedagogy of ignoble policy throughout all the previous BODs illegal and disgraceful behaviour.. have caused devastation assessments are now being carried out to test the validity of their actions which will go before the companies lawyers suggesting the war will start when victory is inevitableBarry never comes second.and TFLBT couldnt win an arse kicking contest against a one legged midget!an anthropological study of RTSMJM and the remainder would reveal their ignominious behaviour is on a parity with that of Bernard MadoffI will attend their wake!
Part of an e-mail from Barrycovering this point>
With regard to past directors, I appreciate PIs want to see some action, as do we! But if you're going to war, then you better make sure you win it. And although there's a lot of circumstantial evidence of wrongdoings, we need to hit them with a load of killer-shots. We're putting a list together for discussion with our lawyers and when we have counsel's opinion in our favour we'll come out all guns blazing. These things have to be done properly and in the right order. I've heard of PIs chipping-in to a pot to sue former directors; believe me that would be a waste of time and money.
Best wishes,
Barry

Same Tabasco.I always say what needs to be saidand in the manner of which a comprehensive overview can be taken of a chosen topic and from a variety of viewpointsof course I did need to drop a notch with the gang in order to provoke lively debate and controversyI think some handled the level better than others? Special emphasis can once again be placed on stupidity if so desiredPersonally GausieIm just an East End Ladwith West End luckand with a love of all classes. You will get the picture one day!.

I would have thought a more objective view was more useful.
Many would not be in the position they are with MDX had they applied a broader and more comprehensive view of the company's prospects.

If the application is accepted by PLUS it normally takes 30 days to get listed. There is also a 10 day fast track listing if Meldex qualify.
Dear Andy,
All things need to come together at the same time. The audit needs completing to establish the true state of the balance sheet and the forward working capital requirement. We're preparing a full update for shareholders and this will accompany the application for Admission to PLUS. With a fair wind and no surprises we should have our application in within a few weeks.
Sorry I can't be more precise; there are just too many unknowns beyond our direct control.
Best wishes,
Barry
