MELDEX. Double your money- quicktime. (MDX)

kitosdad - 12 Dec 2007 16:20

The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

I'm sure they've got an electric typewriter that must be an antique by now. Maybe "Cash in the attic" might be a better route for fundraising.

Big Al - 06 Mar 2009 14:20 - 6760 of 8631

Tabatha - BJM has been in deep doo-doo as a director before. He'd be a hero no matter what, given what he took on - clever?????

I'd underestimate anybody who takes charge of a publicly limited company, regardless, let alone those with a chequered past. Jeez, do you never learn?

Gausie - 07 Mar 2009 10:22 - 6761 of 8631

Comiserations to all holders. Even Dil.

Dil - 07 Mar 2009 18:07 - 6762 of 8631

Ta mate :-)

"We intend to issue a statement covering all aspects of the business along with an offer to shareholders to subscribe to a secured convertible loan note. The Company does need to raise funds in order to provide a working capital statement."

Errr ... you can shove your offer where the sun don't shine Barry .

Regards

Big Al - 08 Mar 2009 14:45 - 6763 of 8631

I've said this before:

It's always what they don't say, isn't it? ;-)))))))

Mind you, the company is apparently saved. Yeeha!!!! LOL!

For those invested in Meldex and seek a written insurance contract from Barry/Garry

The pedagogy of ignoble policy throughout all the previous BODs illegal and disgraceful behaviour.. have caused devastation assessments are now being carried out to test the validity of their actions which will go before the companies lawyers suggesting the war will start when victory is inevitableBarry never comes second.and TFLBT couldnt win an arse kicking contest against a one legged midget!an anthropological study of RTSMJM and the remainder would reveal their ignominious behaviour is on a parity with that of Bernard MadoffI will attend their wake!
Part of an e-mail from Barrycovering this point>

With regard to past directors, I appreciate PIs want to see some action, as do we! But if you're going to war, then you better make sure you win it. And although there's a lot of circumstantial evidence of wrongdoings, we need to hit them with a load of killer-shots. We're putting a list together for discussion with our lawyers and when we have counsel's opinion in our favour we'll come out all guns blazing. These things have to be done properly and in the right order. I've heard of PIs chipping-in to a pot to sue former directors; believe me that would be a waste of time and money.

Best wishes,
Barry

Gausie - 10 Mar 2009 21:26 - 6766 of 8631

Whats happened to the old tabby? he's disappeared.

Always figured he was 'here today gone tomorrow'. Disappointed to learn he's gone today.

tabasco - 11 Mar 2009 08:23 - 6767 of 8631

Same Tabasco.I always say what needs to be saidand in the manner of which a comprehensive overview can be taken of a chosen topic and from a variety of viewpointsof course I did need to drop a notch with the gang in order to provoke lively debate and controversyI think some handled the level better than others? Special emphasis can once again be placed on stupidity if so desiredPersonally GausieIm just an East End Ladwith West End luckand with a love of all classes. You will get the picture one day!.

Dil - 11 Mar 2009 08:25 - 6768 of 8631

Bit of a mongrel then tabby ?

tabasco - 11 Mar 2009 08:39 - 6769 of 8631

They are the cutest Dil!

Big Al - 11 Mar 2009 09:33 - 6770 of 8631

I would have thought a more objective view was more useful.

Many would not be in the position they are with MDX had they applied a broader and more comprehensive view of the company's prospects.

Dil - 12 Mar 2009 08:39 - 6771 of 8631

When can I flog them on Plus Markets tabby ?

jeffmack - 12 Mar 2009 08:50 - 6772 of 8631

If the application is accepted by PLUS it normally takes 30 days to get listed. There is also a 10 day fast track listing if Meldex qualify.

Dear Andy,

All things need to come together at the same time. The audit needs completing to establish the true state of the balance sheet and the forward working capital requirement. We're preparing a full update for shareholders and this will accompany the application for Admission to PLUS. With a fair wind and no surprises we should have our application in within a few weeks.

Sorry I can't be more precise; there are just too many unknowns beyond our direct control.

Best wishes,
Barry

Dil - 12 Mar 2009 08:54 - 6773 of 8631

Can we short it when it gets relisted ?

:-)

Treblewide - 12 Mar 2009 12:44 - 6774 of 8631

i cannot believe anyone is going to stump up the cash to fund this carry on....non starter but if they do i will be shorting the arse off of it...if it ever gets to the stage of re-lisitng and tabby you want to buy some on [PLUS or whatever please let me know...i will happily be the counter party to your trade.

how much money did BJM do on this carry on?

tabasco - 12 Mar 2009 13:30 - 6775 of 8631

If the plonkers in the gang think that there will be a speedy admission to the plushave a rethinka complete audit presentation with financeand monetary matters in place along with working capital assurances.100% investor understanding long before you slim-balls get a look in. you are not now dealing with a 2-bit punk in TFLBT .Barry/Garry will be one step ahead of the rabble

Treblewide - 12 Mar 2009 17:26 - 6776 of 8631

yeah 1 step ahead...that is why they are millions of pounds down on their investments and the shorters are laughing.......brayy is a plonker...barred from being a director and a major investor in this rubbish...he is hardly entrepreneur of the year is he?

Dil - 13 Mar 2009 07:50 - 6777 of 8631

If the technology was any good then every Tom , Dick and Harry would have been sniffing around years ago.

It isn't , they haven't ..... no brainer.

tabasco - 13 Mar 2009 08:15 - 6778 of 8631

Dilwhat seems to have flown over your head with the ease of blue tit.is the previous BODs were never at workat least at Meldex.they received superstars wages.had a gravy train as good as a Raymond Blancand when TFLBT stated that people sniffing around as you put it.. substantially undervalued the companyyou would not need much of a brain to work out the comparative significance of all their actions.or maybe you would?.
