Bosley Hi,

I am a tad dissapointed that you blame me for ii posting lies, deceit, and total drivel on this BB.

I feel my fact based posts are of use to other shareholders, and those doing research on Stanelco, also my website has been very useful to those researchers, and it too contains only facts.

I have only posted a comment on ii this week, because he was posting lies about me selling out, when I have done no such thing, and I have a right to put the record straight.

Also would you be able to put a link in the header, to my website ?

Cheers,
PM

iii RIP.........

From RHPS.

STANELCO (SEO): Stanelco has reported an interim
loss of 960.00 but has given some more details
of its recent Biotec acquisition.

One of Biotec's products is a biodegradable cork
for wine bottles, but the obvious application is
for food trays made from natural starch, which
could of course be used in conjunction with
Stanelco's RF sealing technology to produce a
very environmentally friendly form of food
packaging.

Stanelco has reported that Asda now expects that
'several hundred' packaging machines will be
converted to the GREENSEAL technology this year,
and it is now working on the US market.

Elsewhere Stanelco has revealed that it is
working with another quoted company, Carclo, to
develop hard shell water soluble capsules for drug
delivery. They are also working with Reckitt
Benckiser to help develop automatic dishwasher
detergent capsules, which are now available and
selling well in North America.

Stanelco has many exciting opportunities, but also
has a lot on its plate if it is to fully exploit them
all. The shares are encountering some profit taking
and I expect them to trade in a 20p-30p range for a
while. My buy limit is 25p. BUY

Your one and only wilbs

Like it geez, like it!!! Nothing like a cement mixer to fill those holes!!!

Sorry for the bit of fun there, back to the serious stuff.....SEO!!! This company may have made some people rich now but give it time (3- 5 yrs) and it will make you fabulously wealthy...well that's the plan.

Fair play to you Seq, but I'm in for the longish haul. I still think that they're overvalued at their current market cap but if all comes to fruition with Asda/ Walmart and other products in their portfolio then this could well be the next tetrapak.

How about investing in my beloved Tottenham Hotspurs....now there's a sure fire risk!!!

Retort Pouches are taking over from expensive trays/lidding films in the USA - be warned !

Given the RHPS report copied and pasted all over the net (I am sure he likes that) (and this is about the 20th time in a row he said BUY is it not ? - including buy at the top of the recent downtrend ? ;-) )you can see he is is getting desperate IMO - if you cannot research the results - but just comment IMO using the rampier statements - then you can see why some recent RHPS tips have gone down the pan IMO.

Here to assist you - a post - relevent to a certain comment in the copied and pasted RHPS write up -

Now then IMO the results statement is worded very openly which allows it to be misinterpreted (perfect material for rampers) if you notice the 24th March RNS it says 24 March 2005 Stanelco PLC, the RF (radio frequency) applications group, is pleased to announce that it has signed a binding contract with ASDA for a 12-month exclusive agreement for the application of the Group's GREENSEAL tray lidding and thermoforming RF technology in the UK and Ireland. ASDA anticipate that several hundred machines will be adapted to utilise the technology due to the significant benefits it delivers.

Now as they are reporting on the first half year they have cleverly IMO in the results added the word "following" and then made reference to this statement again 29 June 2005 following successful trials, on the 24th March 2005, Stanelco announced that it has signed a binding contract with ASDA for a 12-month exclusive agreement for the application of the group's GREENSEAL(TM)tray lidding and thermoforming RF technology in the UK and Ireland. ASDA anticipate that several hundred machines will be adapted in the next 12 months to utilise the technology due to the significant benefits it delivers.

The following refers to previous news and anticipate is a forward looking word with no meaning or commitment - very misleading IMO ! You can see already certain rampers using this loose wording to start ramping again.

Secondly in reference to the order potential - I see Retort Pouches increasing strongly - there is no spare cash in the packaging industry for conversions - no cap ex means minimal orders. I would not be surprised IMO to see the earlier suggested dozen Youngs machine conversions orders held up and not announced until the end of the third trial to give some credence to suggestions its a Rollout - marketing SPIN IMO

The third trial is meaningless in terms of the Asda commercial agreement as the Asda agreement started on 23rd May from the first commercial order (as required by Lovegroves AGM statement) - from the 23rd May they have been able to sell to Asda in the UK and worldwide - have they ? Remember the below -

RNS Stanelco PLC 24 March 2005

The 12-month agreement will commence from the first Monday following two weeks of further successful trials with three ASDA suppliers. This is expected to be in April. These commercial trials are in addition to the completed trial announced on 1 March 2005.

Funny calendar they use - or wiping away the frantic oh how good it is is their some untold problem that has caused these long delays and therefore potential problems with supplier orders for a kit that takes two days to fit and allegedly is so good there seems to be something amiss and something thats not being told. Keep smiling and saying its wonderful but completion of trials in July ? if it is July ?

They can say what they want about trials complete when they are finally and Rollout but its orders thats needed not hype words and promise but no large orders.

Less Rollout talk and more talk of "confirmed orders" ! No orders means no real Rollout - you can start a Rollout with no orders - but after a few weeks you look like a bit of a numpty if you have not got at least a couple of hundred orders from this started Rollout.

Tetrapak took decades to get to where they are - Stanelco playing at packaging for a year or two - a very very very long way to go for Stanelco.

1000 orders in the price and IMO it will take 5 more years to ever get anywhere near 1000 sales. DYOR.

andysmith - 01 Jul 2005 07:57 - 6778 of 27111

Kong, I think thats fair comment.
SEO are over-valued on current revenue, we all know that but the potential revenue stream from a number of projects is so good, if it comes to fruition you won't be able to buy for <25p next year so the choice is clear to the investment community, BUY potential now or sit back and wait for SEO's potential to become real but pay alot more for your shares.

bosley - 01 Jul 2005 08:50 - 6779 of 27111

morning all. still no news so another big yawn day in prospect .

insiderinside - 01 Jul 2005 08:56 - 6780 of 27111

Its a bad omen when no rise on an RHPS day - shows its choked and no more interest until they can get some really large (100s) orders. Looks like more downtrend to carry on with until a few hundred orders come in to support the price which has a 1000 orders in already - but only 2 confirmed orders got.

Let me add another piece of the jigsaw I have not enlightened you with so far - any supplier who might wish (not that many will IMO) to purchase this - can quite easily look at the financials of SE0 and see they are in the crap if they do not get loads of orders very soon IMO - now knowing this - and the suppliers all being on decent terms with each other - then why not just keep holding and not placing your orders for a year - at some point SE0 might get desperate and suddenly offer at lets say 20K a conversion and no license fee - just to get some business and revenue to avoid stonking great losses at prelims - so the suppliers hold off of orders for another 6 months - then its 5K per conversion for example. This is one of SEO achilles heels - with no orders they are doomed - and the suppliers have been for years happily making money - they do not need to buy - its not life or death - so if they all joined and placed no/tiny amounts of orders for a year - then panic will set in at SE0 IMO and suddenly 50K goes to 5K perhaps and license fee becomes ZERO perhaps. Asda can do nothing as according to the RNS only machines "where practical" will be converted - so there is no set minimum amount and just "anticipate" orders - where anticipate is non committal and means nothing.

Sequestor - 01 Jul 2005 08:59 - 6781 of 27111

is this tw&t short or what?, surely nobody would go into such detail without investing one way or t`other, what an ass pain whatever.

pension271 - 01 Jul 2005 09:12 - 6782 of 27111

Lately there is so much rubbish / junk posted on this site so I have stopped visiting. Today as the price is right I just added to my holding via TDW. As usual buys through them don't show on trades here often. However the good guys this has to be an oportunity to add on and ignore the adverse(baseless) postings.
Good luck
