What is happening in Gaza and the Gaza/Israeli conflicts are criminal actions and the Israeli misinformation service is doing all it can to distract attention from the present actions and previous actions.

That is not saying Hamas, or Fatah have purity in their actions.

But I think the majority of the guilt is with past and present Israeli regimes who were not prepared to allow the Arabs their human rights.

Israel is not too far back. There will be increasing trouble in that areas for generations now. It is the one subject that the Arab countries agree on. Israel has very shaky security based on heavy repression and cannot continue for ever. It is a rogue state and will ultimately fail.

Not in our lifetime it won't.

I like to listen to the oratory of George Galloway and he does seem to have a fairly thorough and exceedingly knowledgeable take on things. However, he does seem to be blatantly biased in certain directions and fairly warped with his tendencies. As such, I feel he has wasted his talents.

My favourite stuff of his occurred when he went over to the USA to give testimony, defend himself against the accusation of receiving benefits form the sale of Sadam's oil and proceeded to wipe the floor with the US Senate:
