Please report bugs and enhancements (BUGS)

andy.lovell - 04 Nov 2002 11:26

If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!

Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

IanT(MoneyAM) - 07 Nov 2007 10:59 - 6788 of 7315

mad,

we haven't done anything, but we will take a look. Just for clarity, it is happening when you click on the epic next to the tread to access the quote page from there - is that right?

Ian yes

got another problem this week as well , the "back" button on my bt yahoo browser does not work anymore on this site but works elsewhere?

IanT(MoneyAM) - 07 Nov 2007 11:05 - 6790 of 7315

mad,

I am not familiar with the yahoo browser - do you mean another browser with a yahoo toolbar on? Can you perhaps click on help on your browser and and then click on about to find out what version of the browser you have please?

Ian

maddoctor - 07 Nov 2007 11:10 - 6791 of 7315

btyahoo browser
product version: 5.04.04.809
file version: 2006.10.18.11
btyahoo broadband version: 2.01
internet explorer; 7.0.5730.11

IanT(MoneyAM) - 07 Nov 2007 11:14 - 6792 of 7315

mad,

Ok, looks like IE packaged in some way as yahoo. Not sure waht could be causing this - if you have got just standard IE on your machine could you try that to see if that is the same?

Ian

maddoctor - 07 Nov 2007 11:17 - 6793 of 7315

you have probaly seen me posting before about btyahoo and you will know i have found it very very poor - i would have moved to another provider but have none in this outback post in scotland

maddoctor - 07 Nov 2007 11:25 - 6794 of 7315

most interesting , internet explorer is the same

when you approach the back button with the mouse the explanation that pops up says "refresh" and not "back" but it is only on your site - elsewhere the button says "back" as normal ??????????

IanT(MoneyAM) - 07 Nov 2007 11:54 - 6795 of 7315
