You seem bored today - let me give you something to read so you can vent your anger at me - from elsewhere -

- Bemur - 1 Jul'05 - 11:29
And yes...it is overvalued right now, but i don't want to be part of the scramble to buy after the next RNS comes out! ;o) -

Bemur - you do amuse me - everyone knows already what the next "good news" RNSs will say - IMO they will say 3rd trial complete - its fab - wonderful - so cool - so brilliant - and rollout is starting now - yes - PM1s been ramping rollout and now he will again - its rollout time - by the way we still have not got any large orders.

Now they might decide to leave out the last part and just spin up IMO the rollout bit - everyone knows this crap is coming - and no big orders - thats why people are selling out - its choked - it has not got the fundamentals - great ramp up to 32p - but now its correcting itself - only when they get over 500 orders will any intelligent people take notice again - until then - its way overvalued and could drop through the floor on the slightest delay or bad news. They IMO cannot cover up bad news for too long - you notice now they are inclining its all going to happen in Ocotber - yes - maybe not - gives them a few more months to try to do something before IMO a trading statement later in the year to warn of impending losses at prelims. Yes - for the dreamers never forget a bad trading statement will drop this right down to 4p - I hope for holders sakes it does not happen - but there could be bad news at any time later this year.

Bemur comments on suppliers -

As for your earlier comments about the suppliers being competitive - yes they are for orders - but they are not stupid - and its a close knit community - shows what you know - they have a choice - if they all stick with the old equipement and just a few convert on a couple of Asda lines - that shuts Asda up - whilst saving them spending loads of money on cap ex and yearly license fees. As I have always said do you honestly think the suppliers are stupid enough to make SE0 rich - or will they hold them to ransom knowing they need the money - and make them suffer and severley reduce their prices by not ordering in large volume until prices and licenses are down to much lower levels. In food packaging they do not cut off their nose to spite their face - there is friendly competition !! Biotec is being purchased on future earnings which are not assured - the suppliers will know this - very weak bargaining position for SE0 - I say again Biotec might break them

SE0 IMO are inclining its all coming in October from recent comment - thats very good timing as end of financial year for SE0 is October the 31st - so if it does not come then expect a terrible trading statement - this IMO allows rampers to keep ramping right up until its too late - handy that. They have been ramping Walmart for months - its still a nothing subject but in the price already - and they will keep making reference to large orders - its coming soon - right up until potentially its all too late IMO. This October thing also implies to me the suppliers will play a waiting game to see how panicked they can get SE0 and what price reductions they can get - my advice to them if I were offering any - which I am not - would be to wait until December and see what bargains you could get then - but thats just IMO. This may also explain the rush to buy Biotec and go a different route - they may know the problem already and be looking to get out of this scenario - very big risk.

All those others who said its going up today - how wrong you are - when 2 share tippers both continue to IMO ramp it up on the last 2 days of the week - and it does not move up but goes down - its choked !

When this next RNS comes - if it does not contain a good 80 or more orders - if its just more "how wonderful we are" and were rolling rolling rolling - then it will not move much at all either IMO.

As sells are piling in the news on Monday may be bad in that the Biotec deal is done - this could be the straw that breaks camel SEOs back - leaving them weak and very vunerable.

I think the Placing has had the effect of temporarily putting a floor under SEO at 21p. The fact that they have not gone lower today with Sells outnumbering Buys by quite a margin suggests that MM's are happy to have stock pending the next RNS. Whether that will be Mon. 4/7 is anyone's guess but some more news now soon would be nice.

Sequestor - 01 Jul 2005 14:52 - 6807 of 27111

mm`s rarely `hold` stock, 99% of stock is merely an electronic blip on a hard disc that never comes to a fruition, they`l short it on the market if they are stuck with some nasties, oh and 661k have been traded on VirtX- crafty those mm`s?
Downward pressure will show without some concrete news, understandable by technoprats- like " we are making loadsamoney"!!!!!, but its Friday, pretty drearie too.

Sequestor - 01 Jul 2005 15:09 - 6808 of 27111

bosley - 01 Jul 2005 19:45 - 6818 of 27111

bit of a poor week for seo. one can only hope for news next week. cfds are great when you are winning but..........

niceonecyril - 01 Jul 2005 22:26 - 6819 of 27111

If i remember correctly the trials for the third supplier began on 8th june,
over 3 weeks ago. Tests are supposed to take 2 weeks, the 1st took a long time but with Hitchens much quicker. I feel it won't be to long (maybe in the next week or 2) before the all clear is given, once that happens the SP will imho recover well into the 20's,and with it would come speculation and remours which may rocket it to new highs.
But new orders for conversion will gather momentum,as it will be expected
by ASDA, therefore sustaining any SP increase. And of course the remours(Walmart etc) may just turn out to be true?
