i'm confused , i'm not a man for change, but i suppose we will get used to it.

My comments are - most people seem to have avoided or become blind to it for their love of the share there are no patents granted for Greenseal the suppliers are not ordering and it is my opinion we are only a few more months away from competition being live and a new player entering with a big fanfare. There are problems with Greenseal there are severe delays - April ending trials still not finished by the 3rd of July there will not be the 1000 orders that are already contained in the price in the coming three to five years IMO. Please see the below between Oblo and Wendy D as ever FYB posters do not want to hear anything potentially anti SEO Ramp/Hype/Spin IMO so best not to talk about it and forget it but hey lets all keep talking ramp of rollouts and 27,000 machines LOL ;-) Talk ramp but do not talk truth LOL ;-)

I was not going to go into this subject yet awhile but as Oblo is now raising it then think of this there are no patents granted SE0 have said they are rushing everything as no doubt soon competition will come they IMO know its coming soon they have rushed in to buy the loss making Biotec for 25M US$ to make Greenseal something else this means IMO they know they cannot patent Greenseal and so as competition is coming on line soon they are trying at this late stage to change their strategy. It is rushed inconclusive and could well spell disaster its panic mode as they know large orders are not coming BUT competition is.

They are founded on fact rather than opinion. The patent issues are not my opinion - if a patent application has citations made by the Patent Examiners then a patent issue exists. This is not my opinion, it is the opinion of the Patent Office examiners. Applications for Greenseal WILL refer back to claims embodied in WO2004103687 because by its very nature as a prior published application it has become prior art.

I agree with you that there is no guarantee that WO2004103687 will be awarded to Stanelco, as there are 6 cases of prior art cited, one of which is similar in some respects to the process claimed by Stanelco. That is a matter for the patent offices in the various countries concerned to decide.

Agreed, generally. There are technical errors in what you say, but for the sake of argument I would agree.

But at present, we are not aware of the detail of any patent applications Stanelco have made regarding Greenseal, and will not be aware until the applications are published in full. Hence any supposition that there will be "patent issues" with Greenseal, linked to WO2004103687, can only be based on guesswork, not fact.

Agreed. I have always used words such as possibility, may potential etc. and tried to highlight those words. Guesswork is a key word here and of course our guesswork can be aided by past experience in these situations, if we have any. We must not lose sight of the fact that our investment judgements are fuelled by guesswork.
One of the main points I have endeavoured to bring to the thread is that SEO have at present have no patent protection - we can only guess at what the protection, if any, will be.

Similarly, those who state that there will NOT be any patent issues regarding Greenseal are equally stating merely their opinion, not fact.

The potential RNS topics for July 2005 IMO just sharing my thoughts -

Just some of my opinions on potential RNS news for SE0 this month they may be split together combined obviously maximum effect is all split but that could be abusing the RNS system which IMO has been done already.

1/ Biotec either the deal is done owing to majority shareholder approval (eg Age Of Reason + a couple of others) or a call for an EGM for a vote.

2/ Potentially with the above or separate 3rd trial finished great wonderful super duper sliced bread best thing since all the normal marketing stuff such boundless opportunity etc etc etc etc etc etc..

3/ Potential with the above or separate ROLLOUT yes roll roll roll the kit this big PR/Marketing spin word meaning nothing does not mean big orders in fact they should have been chasing all orders for the last months but hey why not do some fanfare so lets tell the world its now rolling even if they do not have any large orders IMO it lets the rampers ramp some more.

4/ Potential with the above or separate there was a lot of previous talk of Youngs buying a dozen some time ago but so far only one has been purchased perhaps this has been saved to be BIG NEWS after 3rd Trial or Rollout HEY ITS ALL FINISHED AND NOW ORDERS ARE ROLLING IN look at Youngs just purchased 10 more when in fact its old news that has not come through yet.

5/ Potential trials in the USA bad news as every supplier will try anything new for free means more cash burn for SE0 and YET MORE no confirmed large orders - but it would allow the rampers to ramp more. More trials would confirm that there are severe problems IMO.


So from the above 5 points you will see there is plenty of spin potential but sadly IMO no real order potential IMO to justify the already 1000 orders in the price but as yet they only have this year so far 2 confirmed orders. Talk is cheap orders and revenue is what supports the price so if we get the above and no real 100+ orders then there yet again is more hype IMO and nothing to substantiate a price of above 4p.

All the above is just IMO as always watch for forward looking words with any RNS like anticipate hope expect potential could etc etc etc etc as those words in all effect mean nothing.

You should read one of my later posts shortly after the court case, I was pretty convinced it was curtains for SEO! Nealy a year on and it still hasn't been settled, although I did say at the time that the patent issue was irrelevant to Greenseal. As you say interesting reading!

No worries guys and gals, Stanelco are heading for real stockmarket stardom, especially over the rest of 2005, and all of 2006, and 2007 .....

I am back home from holiday tomorrow, around 9pm ....

We might see news of the last trial this week, at the point it goes fully commercial ....

I hope those that followed my YOO tip of 2 weeks ago are happy, and either took upto 100% profit, or are still in, with guaranteed profit, looking for 100% soon, like I am ....

One of the main problems is captured in the following post from qchalmers over at FYB - its been ramped around the bingo halls - down the pub - the club - everywhere IMO and loads of small holders who do not have a clue about the real life of SEO or what they do or the problems they face - this downtrend will have taught them one thing - DYOR and DO NOT believe "i have got this share thats going to make you a millionaire" crap talk..

Well, we have almost seen a 40% decrease in the SP since those heady days of 31.75 we hit 5 weeks ago. We really need to get some good news next week or could it continue towards the 15p that some folk on here talked about back then(and were scoffed at!!)??
