The police normally slow the traffic down then stop it , then position their cars (one on each carriage way) with all blue lights flashing across the lanes.. and then catch the mutt assuming that they are fit enough to actually run these days and not the same lazy b..stards who sit in transits drinking tea up and down the country on match days outside 92 grounds every Saturday 9 months of the year.
