Envesta At Bargain Levels - Seymour Pierce

Monday, May 16, 2005 6:23:11 AM ET
Dow Jones Newswires

1012 GMT [Dow Jones] Seymour Pierce reiterates buy on Envesta (EVS.LN), says current fall in AIM stocks leaves shares at "bargain levels." Estimates EPS of 0.33p implying PER of 11.6x for 05, 0.62p and PER of 6.4x in 06. Believes upward revisions likely in June, post trading update as run rates imply earnings well ahead of Seymour Pierce forecasts. Forecasts assume no revenue from new "Cheaper Call Rate" product, but notes company says it is performing well. Expects further acquisitions "soon." Has 6.5p target, shares +5.7% at 4.1p. (PBA)

Institutional investors make the same sort of mistakes that ordinary mortals do. How many times have institutions lost all their money on a stock. Thay allow a certain proportion for high risk ventures. When they buy it may mean very littl. It can be just a balancing operation to add some more high risk stocks.

Haystack - 10 Jun 2005 14:43 - 688 of 1643

The Seymour Pierce note is just the house broker supporting their client.

How often do house brokers say SELL?

House broker statements are often ignored for good reasons. It is a sort of marketing hype.

It will be quite an achievement if we get into the top 100 on the Alexa Rankings as this will indicate the huge amount of hits to the Website. There is no doubt of the interest being shown in CCR and I am more than confident we will be way ahead of predictions!!!

QUINAN - 10 Jun 2005 16:52 - 690 of 1643

advan and all this before any major advertising once that starts who know where CCR will be

As shareholders in the company I believe everyone should at least sign up as a dealer. The advantages of doing this are:

1. It costs you nothing except a little time
2. You will be able to earn commission on all your external and internal calls
3. The company are offering a 5% bonus on commission rates for the next 3 months
4. You will be doing your bit for your company
5. You will receive advice by email/telephone on how to maximize your commission potential.

For more information on becoming a dealer please email pete@085.ndo.co.uk

I am a registered Super Dealer, and will be able to get you started straight away.

Insider, it would be fairer of you you to analyse the websites you post before doing so, as if you were to read into them, they still do not have any bearing on CCR. As your un-named mate, you also post negative wiyhout researching the websites you paste up.

Talk Talk for example, has a monthly charge of 7.99, offers only 23 countries for international calls (of which the first few I checked were more expensive anyway) and has that old 'pre-fix' system.

Wise up mate, post researched facts not the same repetitive, non-competitive rubbish. All those so-called cheap international call companies have a catch!!

Haystack - 11 Jun 2005 18:51 - 695 of 1643

I think it worth seeing all the other calling companies as it indicates how crowded the cheap calling market is.

This is particularly important as there are many companies much cheaper than CCR. Of course when details of them are published then 'advans' always says that price is not the issue and CCR is a better service. However, when 'insiderinside' posts details of other calling companies then 'advans' makes the point that CCR are cheaper. On the one hand he says price is not an issue and then makes an issue of it when it suits him.

Personally I think that price is the key issue when it comes to cheap calling companies. It is price that has made the consumer look around in the first place. Once consumers realise they are paying too much with BT say or for any sort of product then they shop around and price is what drives them. It would difficult to find many calling companies that are more expensive than CCR, but very easy to find dozens that are cheaper.

Look on

http://niftylist.co.uk

or

http://www.1899.com

for really cheap international, UK and mobile calling.

We're back from hols - where is everyone?

peteark - 12 Jun 2005 18:01 - 697 of 1643

Ann we are still here.........just not much to talk about at the mo.

annbar - 12 Jun 2005 18:36 - 698 of 1643

Thanks - watching with interest.

REDHILL - 12 Jun 2005 18:47 - 699 of 1643

I would expect to see the start of a run up to an expected trading statement due at the beginning of July.

QUINAN - 13 Jun 2005 07:34 - 700 of 1643

Morning all hope you all had a nice weekend, as red says thing will get more interesting towards the end of the month. But one thing is clear hits to the CCR web site are steadily increasing. And with most dealers only now are just starting to promote CCR we could see even more volume in the comeing weeks/months. I think the real impact will come in about six months time, then EVS it will be a completely different ball game.

advans - 13 Jun 2005 08:01 - 701 of 1643

Morning Q and all!

Nice day here in the valleys!

I am pretty confident we will surpass the 5p level within the next two weeks on the build up to the trading statement, which, if just in line with earlier predictions, will push us to the 8/9p level, as this will be the evidence the market are looking for that EVS has sustained the excellent results from December.

If there is good news on CCR on the take up, and perhaps a comment reducing the 18 month forecast for increased revenue from this, I see no reason why we shouldn't breach the 10p.

The original 7p burst was due to the December trading statement which caused tremendous buying, probably many buying in for thre quick kill, this time there will be more long term investment added to a few more institutions seeing EVS as a good bet.

taquila - 13 Jun 2005 08:09 - 702 of 1643

Morning everyone.

Not managing to get much through to the bb's at the mo, my internet connection playing up - sometimes no typing, sometimes e-mails fail to get delivered. I'm not ignoring anyone, just intermittant response. I cannot even stay on ADV for more than 2 minutes before I lose connection (but no great loss there!)

Hope the next few weeks see a good climb up in sp, though I think it will be a bit quiet this week, again.

Cheers,

J

peteark - 13 Jun 2005 08:46 - 703 of 1643

Morning Q, T, everyone else.

I think the best way to see how dealers are progressing will be the Alexa ratings. I am not so bullish for the share price this month, as I stated in my last email, we could even drop below 4p. If we do this could be a very good buying opportunity, moving into July. I will not do as others and predict a share price, I will wait from guidance from the company. We may stay around this mark for a while or move very quickly into double figures, we shall see.

peteark - 13 Jun 2005 08:59 - 704 of 1643

Everyone knows I am very bullish in regards to EVS.

However if we are doing really well in regards to revenue, why has there not been more director buying. As far as directors share holdings go Steve Evans holds a very large stake, he alone is willing to back his ability with his own money. I do not see this from other people on the management team. If we are exceeding expectations would now not be considered a good time to buy, why have the other directors not increased their holdings? I am sure there is a reason for this.
