How would you like to trade a market where you get large regular price swings every 10 minutes in the afternoon, seven days a week. A
market where all prices are set purely by supply and demand, few transaction costs, no middle men and you only pay commission if you win? Where you can freely act as a market maker and where you have direct market access and where you can create a spread for others to take?
Betfair has revolutionised the betting market and created an open platform for exchanging risk on sports events. This market is now viewed much more like a traditional financial risk market than an old fashioned betting market. Smart users have realised that there are huge opportunities on Betfair because they can buy and sell risk in much the same way they would in a normal financial market but without the burden of cost or the restricted access that is usually associated with traditional financial markets.

I had way too much on England so had to take the price when it came up, well done for grabbing some
Had kept backing over the last 15 overs when the price didnt shorten and the rr kept going up
A very profitable game and England going 1-0 up
Look forward to doing it all again monday morning!!!

Must mean your 50p is worth at least a 1 now. LOL
I've switched off for now. Did well out of the cricket and not keen to even give 1p back!

Anyone trading the footie?
nothing grabbed my fancy today - may get involved in the second half.
Arsenal look short to me having only one once away from home they are an odds on shot? admittedly newcastle are poor but will watch the start before getting involved

Wigan gave Chelsea a tough game earlier on in the season, do wonder if there might be an opportunity there

Woodie,
Its bloody rubbish so far. I'm on the Bolton game second half-glad I held off until now!
Fundy,
Might give the Arsenal game a miss-we're so unpredictable at the minute, plus the away form as you say!

plonked my greened up winnings on Blackburn, before I'd managed to green up, Blackburn scored again :-) Also had a small back bet on over 2.5 goals.
