Boris Johnson has leapt into a double digit lead in polling of Conservative supporters about who they want to be their next party leader.
The Mayor of London now enjoys 33 per cent of support in the ConservativeHome poll, up 14 points in the last month.
Michael Gove, the Justice Secretary, has increased his support by 12 points to 20 per cent putting him in second place.
Meanwhile, Dr Liam Fox is in third place on 18 per cent, down three points.
It is telling that the three Eurosceptics take the top three positions in the polling as the EU referendum debate gets underway.
