How would you like to trade a market where you get large regular price swings every 10 minutes in the afternoon, seven days a week. A
market where all prices are set purely by supply and demand, few transaction costs, no middle men and you only pay commission if you win? Where you can freely act as a market maker and where you have direct market access and where you can create a spread for others to take?
Betfair has revolutionised the betting market and created an open platform for exchanging risk on sports events. This market is now viewed much more like a traditional financial risk market than an old fashioned betting market. Smart users have realised that there are huge opportunities on Betfair because they can buy and sell risk in much the same way they would in a normal financial market but without the burden of cost or the restricted access that is usually associated with traditional financial markets.

No, just missed out. Hit the button as the market was suspended. Great game for trading-moving all over the place and still open.

Newcastle poor, Arsenal poorer, ref diabolical lol
Distinct lack of midfield presence from Arsenal and even a lack of urgency at the end - v disappointing but not overly surprising

Good to see the end of Fraudley Harrisons career in the worst ever sporting event
had a green book but would have loved a draw (and fancied my chances when split decision was announced)

Backed Williams after the first round and then just didn't bother greening up. I picked the winner but what a very poor boxing match!

Just been on the Sociedad v Villarreal game. A fraction before Real scored their 3rd goal the whole book was taken out from 1.27 all the way down to 1.1!

Just having a quick look at the cricket ahead of tomorrows game, at the same ground as the first 1 (lahore)
England have slight fitness doubts over Pietrsen (back) and Flintoff (ankle/knackered) and also have the added complication of getting up in the middle of the night for Sports Personality of the Year!
England available at 2.3 so similarly priced to last times game. Again the toss will be important with the advantage going to the side winning it and batting first. Another high scoring game anticpated with 280-290 probably seen as a minimum requirement batting first
Again a 6.00am start for any early birds

England won the toss and batting first again, both sides unchanged except England changed their supersub so are actually a batter lighter than saturday
England odds from 2.3 to 1.9 just on the toss

Looking like 1-1 at this rate.
Wonder whether they'll blame it on getting up for BBC Sports awards last night?
Anyway, catch with you later as need to set off for work.
